| Network planning technology refers to the analysis of a complete project content into multiple parts,quantifying the time required by each part,clarifying the logical relationship between each part,and clearly showing the complex problems in the way of a network graph.Through the network diagram can effectively analyze the overall progress of the project and control,it can not only help project managers,the relationship between each process,the overall work steps of comprehensive planning and regulation,can also coordinate the overall project of human and material resources and financial resources,to ensure the smooth progress of the project as a whole.Using network planning technology can also optimize the resources of the project,which can effectively shorten the project duration and construction cost.Therefore,network planning technology has been widely used in project management,especially in the process of project promotion,which has an important impact on the smooth implementation of the project.The smooth completion of the river reconstruction project is seriously restricted by the problems such as wide distribution,long front line,difficult organization and coordination,relatively short effective construction period,and uneffective allocation of resources.In this paper,the actual work of river reconstruction project in Lanxi A section is reviewed,and the project is analyzed systematically.The review analysis work mainly uses PERT(Project Evaluation and Review Technique)technology to draw the construction network map,compares the key path according to the sum of the process time on each path,and calculates the probability of completion on time.Subsequently,WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)was used to decompose the process,and the construction sequence was adjusted according to the decomposition results.Through the optimization of the overall process of the river transformation project,the probability of completion on schedule was greatly improved.Finally,on the basis of process optimization,the multi-objective function model of "time period--total resource cost" is established,and the best harmonic solution is obtained by using the genetic algorithm.The network planning technology model deduction results and the actual situation and analysis,with the help of network planning technology can overcome the imbalance of production arrangement,finally achieve the purpose of compression time,cost saving and reasonable use of resources,the method can provide reference for related or similar water conservancy project construction. |
