Armored vehicles,as an important equipment of the modern army,are the key to victory in the ground battlefield.As an important link in the early development and later maintenance of armored vehicles,vibration testing directly affects the actual combat ability of armored vehicles.Currently,existing vehicle vibration testing technologies have shortcomings such as limited testing time and large system volume.With the development of vehicle health management technology,on-board vibration testing technology that can operate with the vehicle for a long time,collect data through multiple channels,store data in a large capacity,and quickly export data is more in line with the future demand for efficient and low-cost research and development and maintenance of armored vehicles.Therefore,this paper designs a vehicle mounted vibration storage and acquisition system based on RT-Thread,which provides a long-term reliable vibration data source for armored vehicle development,testing,and condition based maintenance analysis.Firstly,determine the overall scheme design of the modular system.Through investigation and analysis,the development situation of existing vehicle vibration testing systems and main vibration testing instruments at home and abroad is summarized;At the same time,after considering the existing test system volume,usage methods,and test results;Combined with the actual testing environment,the overall scheme design of the modular system is carried out.Secondly,the system hardware is designed according to the overall design and functional requirements of the system.Determine the overall hardware architecture and carry out corresponding circuit design.To achieve mass storage,an eMMC based storage circuit is designed,and a communication circuit with the ability to quickly export data is designed based on the USB2.0 bus;At the same time,the simulation of analog circuits was verified,the feasibility analysis of digital circuits was conducted,and the PCB design was completed.Then,complete the system firmware design based on the hardware design.Determine the overall firmware architecture,and implement multitasking and efficient logical design by introducing the RT-Thread real-time operating system;To ensure the timeliness of data storage,a circular storage algorithm based on FATFS file management system is designed;At the same time,a detailed firmware design is carried out for the functional sub board.Finally,in order to verify the various functions and related performance of the designed system,the overall system functional testing,basic module performance testing,environmental testing,and actual vehicle testing are conducted.The test results show that the overall function and corresponding performance of the system meet predetermined standards.
