In the actual production of enterprises,production workplace operations generally need the transmission of material,and the traditional workplace operation scheduling is mainly based on the process,for the transmission time of material less research,only reasonable arrangement of its scheduling,in order to minimize the completion time,the cooperation between different equipment can effectively improve workplace production efficiency.In the door and window production workplace,the main material conveyor equipment is the conveyor belt,so its characteristics and properties need to be analyzed in depth.This paper mainly focuses on the research on the problem of workplace operation scheduling based on the influence of material flow transmission,summarizes the research status of production,workplace operation scheduling,conveyor belt scheduling and optimization model algorithm problems in the door and window industry,analyzes the workplace operation scheduling problem based on the conveyor belt conveyor process,brings in from a single conveyor,establishes a mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the completion time,and solves the optimization results of a single conveyor belt by solving the improved priority handles the crossover operator and insertion genetic algorithm variation operator.On the basis of a single strip,the workplace operation scheduling problem of multiple conveyor belts is studied,the operation conflicts that may occur with multiple conveyor belts in the operation process are studied,and interference constraints are added to the mathematical model to avoid conflicts,and the optimization results of multiple conveyor belts are obtained based on the improved genetic algorithm.For multiple conveyor belt layout schemes,simulation software is used to model and simulate,set specific parameters,compare and analyze the data of running results,and verify whether the optimization scheme is effective.This paper establishes a mathematical programming model for the workplace operation scheduling problem based on single and multiple conveyor belts in the door and window production industry,which provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the workplace operation scheduling of door and window enterprises in the actual production process.The production layout of the workplace in the door and window industry is simulated by FLEXSIM simulation software,which simulates the operation of the production workplace under real conditions,and intuitively displays the operation of each process and the blocking of objects.It is helpful for door and window enterprises to rationally allocate production resources,further improve the management level of door and window enterprises,and ensure the efficient operation of door and window enterprises.
