| Quality is the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also the country ’s major requirements for economic development.With the rapid growth of the number of elevators,the quality and safety of elevators has attracted more and more attention.The maintenance of elevators is an important means to identify potential safety risks,ensure the safe operation of elevators,reduce losses and ensure life safety.The quality of maintenance work is very important.However,the current elevator maintenance industry has frequent chaos.It is urgent to evaluate the quality of elevator maintenance work from various factors to improve the quality of maintenance,ensure elevator safety,and promote the high-quality development of elevator maintenance industry.This paper takes the quality of maintenance work of elevator maintenance unit as the research object,and studies the evaluation method and evaluation system of maintenance quality.Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation of elevator maintenance industry at home and abroad,and combs the theoretical research situation of elevator maintenance quality evaluation at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the influence of various factors in elevator maintenance work,from the perspective of the user unit,five first-level indicators such as fault situation,emergency rescue situation and accident situation of elevator maintenance are selected,and 16 second-level indicators such as effective fault,repeated fault and emergency rescue time are refined.The elevator maintenance quality evaluation index system is constructed to clarify the evaluation criteria and content.Then,based on the combination weighting method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,the weight of evaluation index is determined,and the evaluation model of elevator maintenance quality is established by combining fuzzy evaluation method,and the obstacle analysis of evaluation index is carried out by obstacle degree model.Through case analysis,the evaluation effect of the model is verified.Finally,based on the above model,the elevator maintenance quality evaluation system is designed and implemented.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weighting proposed in this paper reduces the influence of human influence and objective deviation on the weight and improves the scientificity of the weight.This method has certain reference significance for solving the problem of elevator maintenance quality evaluation,and the realization of the evaluation system greatly facilitates the maintenance quality. |
