Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of motorization level,industrial parks enter a relatively mature period of development,showing a new trend of integrated development of industry and city.Under the background of the continuously increasing population and jobs,the contradiction between transportation supply and demand appears with the expansion of the land.It is urgent to formulate a feasible public transportation mode to serve the residents,which allows them to have convenient travel.In order to solve the "last mile" problem,the microcirculation bus was designed,which can make full use of the internal branch of the industrial park and fill the blank areas of existing public transportation and rail transportation.Microcirculation bus aims to serve residents and improve the quality of public transportation services,it can promote the modern comprehensive transportation system construction and green city development.Considering the classification and functional positioning of microcirculation bus,the connotation of microcirculation bus in Suzhou Industrial Park is introduced.By analyzing the basic conditions of Suzhou Industrial Park from the aspects of the location,land development,population size,and jobs-housing characteristics,the basic conditions of the four functional areas in Suzhou Industrial Park are acquired.The characteristics of public transportation in Suzhou Industrial Park are analyzed,which include the characteristics of public transportation routes and passengers.Based on the data of microcirculation bus in Suzhou Industrial Park,the passenger demand groups of microcirculation bus are analyzed and the time and space distribution characteristics of microcirculation bus in the four functional areas are summarized.The characteristics of microcirculation bus routes are discussed from the aspects of layout area,length of microcirculation bus routes,bus stop spacing,running speed and travel time.Then,several existing problems of microcirculation bus are summarized.The route modes of microcirculation bus and the selection method of microcirculation bus candidate stops in Suzhou Industrial Park is researched.The factors influencing the layout of microcirculation bus routes are analyzed from four aspects: passenger flow characteristics,jobs-housing relationship,public transportation and rail station coverage and land use properties in the four functional areas.Then,the route design process is proposed.According to the route patterns of microcirculation bus,the characteristics of passenger and the land use of the four functional areas in Suzhou Industrial Park,the suitable microcirculation bus route modes of the four functional areas are determined.Based on the characteristics of passengers in the four functional areas,the service scope of the microcirculation bus candidate stops in residential quarters,industrial parks,rail stations and scenic spots is analyzed,and the selection method of microcirculation bus candidate stops in industrial parks is proposed.Based on the analysis of passengers’ characteristics of the microcirculation bus in Suzhou Industrial Park and the research on the route design,the paper constructs an optimization model of the microcirculation bus route in Suzhou Industrial Park.From the perspective of passengers,the model aims at the maximum passenger flow density of the microcirculation bus route and the minimum travel cost of passengers,with the minimum stop spacing and route length as the model constraints.The NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the microcirculation bus route layout plan.Typical areas in the four functional areas of Suzhou Industrial Park are selected to design the microcirculation bus routes.On the basis of determining the layout area and route mode,the selection method of microcirculation bus candidate stops is used to obtain the microcirculation bus candidate stop set,and the NSGA-II algorithm is used to obtain the route layout plan.
