Research On The Allocation Of Rural Public Service Facilities Based On Life Sphere Theory

Since The Twelfth Five-Year Plan,the construction of life sphere system based on "equalization of basic public services" has rapidly become the focus of attention from all walks of life.The overall planning of urban and rural areas since the 16 th National Congress has pushed the allocation of rural public service facilities to the society.The gap between urban and rural areas caused by longterm dual management is directly and clearly reflected in the allocation of public service facilities.With the improvement of the public’s familiarity with the word "life sphere",the allocation of public service facilities around urban residential areas has been paid attention to,but the allocation of public service facilities in rural areas in the same period is difficult to be guaranteed because of their own development conditions and population density.this paper takes the major public service facilities in rural areas of Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the research object,and tries to summarize and make suggestions on the current configuration under the premise of life sphere theory by analyzing the current configuration status of facilities and the needs of rural villagers for facilities.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first three chapters investigate,analyze and summarize the current situation from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,that is,the overall allocation of facilities,allocation in town level,allocation and demand in village level in rural areas of Rizhao City are introduced and analyzed respectively;The fourth chapter gives feedback to the existing public service facilities based on the conclusions of the previous three chapters,and puts forward suggestions for problems at different levels;The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the full text,which is mainly the reflection and summary of the research carried out in this paper.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,taking the major rural public service facilities in Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the object,this paper discusses the applicability of life sphere theory in rural areas,and tries to combine the implementation of life sphere theory in rural areas with urban areas by adjusting the existing public service allocation of life sphere through data analysis and actual investigation.This paper takes the major public service facilities in rural areas of Rizhao City,Shandong Province as the research object,and tries to summarize and make suggestions on the current configuration under the premise of life sphere theory by analyzing the current configuration status of facilities and the needs of rural villagers for facilities.In order to improve the operability of " balance urban and rural development "in the theoretical area of life sphere,this paper gives opinions and suggestions.This paper total: 65357 characters and 187 images/charts.
