| The electricity information acquisition system can realize the on-line monitoring of the electricity metering equipment,the remote monitoring of the voltage,current,power and other important electrical parameters of the electrical equipment.At the present stage,the power company puts forward higher requirements for the data reliability,real-time data and other fields of the electricity information automatic acquisition system.Therefore,based on OFDM power carrier technology,this paper designs a power consumption information acquisition system,which can measure the active power with high accuracy,and can view the current voltage,current,active power and other power consumption information and historical power line chart in real time on the web page.In this paper,the basic principles of power carrier communication technology,OFDM technology and the principle of power information acquisition system are analyzed theoretically.The transmission characteristics of power carrier communication are expounded,and the noise and transmission channel model are established.The power carrier signal transmission process is simulated and analyzed in Matlab software.The original signal is compared with the signal modulated by OFDM technology,and the advantages of OFDM technology are highlighted.Based on this,the hardware and software parts of the power information acquisition system are designed.Secondly,in the hardware design,the HLW8032 electric energy metering chip is used to cooperate with the external circuit to realize the electric energy metering function.The ES1667 power carrier module is used to realize the data transmission function in the power line.The ESP8266 module is used to realize the data cloud function,and the key circuits in each module are designed.Further,in the software design,the functional modules are classified and the program is designed according to the category of the functional modules.The program functions include the energy metering function of the energy metering module,the network access function and data transceiver function of the power carrier module,the data upload cloud platform function of the Wi Fi module,the Internet of Things function and the display function of the human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the electric energy metering function,power carrier communication function,active power measurement accuracy and Internet of Things function of the electricity information acquisition system are tested one by one.The test results show that the power supply and communication functions of each module of the system are normal,and the measurement function of the electric energy data is normal.The power carrier communication function between the receiving end and the transmitting end of the system is normal,and the measurement accuracy of the active power of the system is kept within 2 %.The TFTLCD screen of the receiving end and the transmitting end and the cloud platform web page can realize the monitoring of electricity information. |
