High voltage switchgear is an important control equipment for connecting and disconnecting circuits,cutting off and isolating faults.By optimizing the structure of the high voltage switchgear,the accidents caused by high temperature and high current can be reduced.By designing the diagnosis system of high voltage switchgear,the working state of switchgear can be monitored in real time and accidents can be prevented.This design chooses KYN28A-12 type indoor armored AC metal closed switchgear as the research object,optimize the structure of high voltage switchgear and design the diagnostic system.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the high voltage switchgear are described.According to the fault statistics and experience,the monitoring content is determined.HN3806-AB-600 N incremental encoder is used to monitor the contact stroke,and the parameters of opening and closing time,speed and displacement are analyzed.The DRLTW03-NTC-CTSPEC wireless temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the contact for high temperature alarm and prevent accidents.DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor is used to monitor the temperature and humidity inside the cabinet and master the basic parameters of the cabinet.The service life of the high voltage switchgear is preliminatively predicted by monitoring The Times of the switchgear in real time.Secondly,Solid Works was used to establish and simplify the three-dimensional model of high pressure switch cabinet,and thermal Simulation analysis was carried out on the simplified model through Flow Simulation.According to the simulation results,an optimization scheme was proposed to add three groups of fans,whose simulation temperature rise was 62.84℃,meeting the national standard temperature rise requirements.Then from the hardware system design to the software system design to build the high voltage switchgear diagnosis system platform.Hardware design mainly includes the selection of sensors,main control module,serial touch screen module,communication module,fault alarm circuit,power module design.Software design mainly includes encoder,wireless temperature sensor,DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor program development and through the envelope method to diagnose the travel parameters of the program design.Finally,the high voltage switchgear diagnostic system platform was debugged and analyzed,and the function of the diagnostic system was tested and analyzed from four aspects: circuit breaker opening and closing stroke,circuit breaker contact temperature,temperature and humidity inside the cabinet,and high voltage switchgear breaking times.The temperature and humidity,breaking times were all in the normal range.And designed 100 times envelope method diagnosis travel signal experiments,one time data timeout,three times displacement beyond the envelope,are fault experiments,the accuracy rate is 96%,to achieve the diagnostic effect.
