With the continuous progress of national scientific and technological level,the automobile industry has developed rapidly,and People’s Daily means of transportation has gradually developed from bicycles to cars.As a result,the number of private cars is also increasing.The increasing number of cars is in contradiction with the shortage of land resources.The problem of parking is worth thinking about,at this time the three-dimensional garage in this situation arises.Building a stereo garage is an effective way to solve the problem.According to the market demand,three-dimensional garage to achieve multiple development,to meet the needs of users in various industries,so as to design the hardware system anti-interference ability,the system is relatively stable in the operation process,in the man-machine control is gradually improved,access car is extremely convenient,so the study of three-dimensional garage is a very meaningful project.This paper analyzes the overall structure of the garage and the operation mode of the system,so as to design a three-dimensional garage based on PLC control system,through a small touch screen to carry out human-computer interaction,in the whole system to run the process of PLC as the core technology research,so as to control the normal operation of the garage,A communication network is established for data connection on the spot.CPU315 of S7-1200 series PLC is used as the main station system of the communication network.The running state of the garage is controlled through the touch screen as the interface of human-computer interaction.Firstly,by using the queuing theory,we can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the garage,shorten the waiting time of customers,set the total time of each access operation as the objective function,and construct a related mathematical model,so as to realize the organic combination of parking priority,taking priority,standing by in place and crossing strategies.Through MATLAB simulation,we can study three different access time,namely the peak of storage,peak of access and access to the car equivalent three stages,in order to evaluate and optimize the access strategy of the garage,in order to achieve better efficiency and service.The second is the hardware component of the PLC system,the system internal program writing and calling are completed in the Botu V16,in the hardware system configuration,the design of the bus and active slave station data parameters,including the communication data protocol of each device and the address of the output input.This design mainly includes PLC control system,the connection of variables and the configuration function of the touch screen screen,so the research content of this paper is four layers and six columns of lifting and horizontal movement type stereo garage,and design based on PLC,touch screen and system computer artificial intelligent stereo garage.Finally,the software part is completed,which is the construction and analysis and debugging of the software part of the system,combined with the hardware system design,so as to complete the signal detection inside the stereo garage,the optimization of parking changes,automatic control and manual control in the process of movement.According to the flow chart of the control system,the programming of each module is realized step by step.
