Study On Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Layout Optimization Of Rural Settlements In Jiangxia District

In recent years,due to the rapid development of industrialization and modernization,the development of urban and rural areas has been unbalanced,the economic status of rural areas has declined significantly,and the rural problems are particularly prominent.Serious population loss,serious waste of land resources hinder the sustainable development of rural economy,which needs to be solved urgently.In order to realize rural revitalization,agricultural modernization and improve the living and production conditions of rural residents,it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of rural settlements.Through the optimization of the spatial layout of villages,the development potential of villages can be enhanced and the sustainable development of rural economy can be supported.After considering the natural conditions,historical evolution,industrial structure,economic development and other conditions,this paper chooses Jiangxia District as the research area with obvious geographical attributes.Taking 355 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Jiangxia District and rural settlements patches in the region as the research objects,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the current situation of rural settlements,using the spatial analysis method of ARCGIS,this paper explores the spatial distribution characteristics of rural settlements in Jiangxia District,and puts forward the layout optimization scheme for the actual development of rural areas in Jiangxia District.The contents of this paper include the following six aspects:Firstly,the background,purpose,significance,content and methods of this study are briefly introduced,the related concepts involved in this paper are defined,and the technical route of the study is clear;secondly,it summarizes the research contents of domestic and foreign scholars on rural settlements,and briefly introduces the basic theory supporting this study;thirdly,it summarizes the general situation of natural environment,social economy,history and Humanities in Jiangxia District,introduces the reasons for choosing this area as the research object,and preprocesses the research data;fourthly,the spatial distribution characteristics of rural settlements are summarized by using GIS spatial analysis method,and the existing problems of rural settlements are put forward;Fifthly,the factors affecting the location of central villages are analyzed,according to the influencing factors,relevant evaluation indexes of central villages are selected,and a scientific evaluation index system of village centrality is constructed.,the development potential of 355 administrative villages in the study area was calculated and sorted Taking streets as units,villages with higher scores were selected as the alternative addresses of central villages.The development models of different types of villages were put forward,and the layout of villages was optimized.Through the study of Jiangxia District in this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are a large number of rural settlements in Jiangxia District,with a total of 22,618 rural settlement patches.The area of rural settlements is generally small and widely distributed in the region.The spatial distribution of the colony plaques is characterized by dense northern and sparse features in the east and southeast.The nearest settlement index of rural settlements is R=0.455 and the coefficient of variation is 277.47%.The settlements are generally concentrated.(2)The distribution density of rural settlements in Jiangxia District is mostly below 30,the overall density value is low,the spatial distribution is uneven,and there are obvious high density centers,and the spatial differences are significant.The density values are influenced by roads and administrative centers,and five high-value centers are formed in the northern part of the region.This distribution is closely related to the natural geographical conditions and social and economic development of Jiangxia District.(3)The distribution of rural settlements in Jiangxia District is greatly affected by rivers and roads,and its distribution has significant river and road directivity.The distance from rivers and roads is inversely proportional to the number of settlements.As the distance from roads and rivers increases,the number and area of rural settlements gradually decrease.The results show that the rural settlements are mainly distributed within 500 meters from the road and within 1000 meters of the river.(4)According to the above research results,combined with the actual research situation,the paper analyzes the spatial distribution disorder of rural settlements in Jiangxia District,the serious waste of land resources and the poor backwardness of infrastructure construction.(5)After centrality calculation,according to centrality results,rural settlements are divided into four categories,and the optional addresses of each street central village are determined.The results show that the development of settlements in this area is still in the initial stage of development and evolution of small-scale settlements with a small number of medium-sized settlements and a small number of large-scale settlements.For the villages of different scales,four models including urban development model,key construction development model,retention control development model and migration development model are proposed to provide reference for decision makers to formulate the future layout of rural settlements in Jiangxia District.
