The Quantitative Analysis On Urban Farbric Around Urban Overpass Based On Multi-Element Superposition Perspective

As a high-performance transportation infrastructure,urban flyover not only brings efficient mobility and ensures the operation of urban traffic,but also strongly interferes in the physical space of the city with its huge form,which affects the surrounding urban form along with the urbanization of infrastructure.Based on multi-factor composite view of quantitative analysis of urban overpass surrounding city texture,objectively and accurately by means of quantitative expression overpass the surrounding urban form and its characteristics,show overpass on its surrounding urban morphology,overpasses and its surrounding textures and based on the inquiry interactive mechanism between the urban form.This paper first sorts out the urban theory and urban fabric analysis methods related to the overpass,and then puts forward the quantitative analysis framework of the urban fabric surrounding the overpass,and carries out quantitative analysis of the three material elements of the urban fabric.And select four interchange from Nanjing for architectural element density index,the density of road elements in surface and accessibility index,function facilities elements in POI density and mixed degree index through grid sampling method for the quantitative analysis of the single material elements,and then based on the material elements of each index by level matching correlation analysis between the various indicators.Finally,based on the correlation between various material elements and the urban form characteristics of high urban vitality around the overpass,the interaction mechanism between urban traffic and urban form around the overpass is further discussed,and on this basis,strategic suggestions are provided for urban design around the overpass.Through quantitative analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: on the whole,the surrounding area of the overpass increases the construction intensity by simply increasing the average number of floors or improving the coverage rate,while the proximity to the junction of the overpass serves as the morphological design strategy for increasing the construction at the same time.The accessibility of the flyover area is not closely related to the construction intensity.High floor area ratio is an important guarantee of urban vitality.Increasing the coverage rate can effectively increase the urban vitality to a certain extent,but it cannot effectively improve the diversity of functions.In the process of urbanization,the key to stimulate urban vitality is to attract external vitality with high floor area ratio and high accessibility and stimulate internal vitality with slow network as catalyst.The innovation of this paper lies in the integration of multiple analysis methods of single material elements of urban texture through the construction of quantitative methods of urban texture around the overpass,and based on the results of quantitative analysis,the interaction mechanism between urban traffic and urban form around the overpass is discussed.
