A Study On The Urban Fabric Of Ancient Wuchang City Basing On The Figure-ground Relation Analysis

In the process of urban development,the spatial texture of the city is constantly changing;in different periods,under the influence of different construction ideas,the spatial texture of the city will also show its corresponding characteristics.The relationship between map and ground is a planar expression of urban spatial texture.Through this two-dimensional expression,we can understand the characteristics of urban spatial texture more clearly.The city is the product of historical accumulation.There are still a large number of buildings in different historical periods in today's urban pattern.These historical buildings are the witnesses of urban construction and development,and also the continuation of urban historical and cultural heritage.In the process of continuous urban development,the original urban spatial texture and the emerging urban spatial texture gradually achieve the coordination of spatial morphology through overlapping and collage.Therefore,urban spatial texture is accumulated and precipitated through the process of urban development,recording the development and changes of the city.Based on the map analysis of urban spatial texture,this paper further understands the texture characteristics of buildings in different periods of the city,and provides direction for the following optimization and improvement of urban spatial texture.This article preliminarily explores the evolution history of the ancient city of Wuchang first,then on this basis,the research technique is based on the analysis of the bottom of the figure,for the whole of the ancient city of Wuchang,research status quo of the spatial texture features in different periods in different category elements and two ways of comparing the characteristics of architectural space texture and summarize the Wuchang city status space which insufficiency in texture,and then combining with the relevant planning theory,history and modern respectively to the defects of the status quo of targeted recommendations.Thoughts and Suggestions in theory summary,under the guidance of a representative plots in Wuchang city status quo of the relevant situation analysis summarized,then using the method of integrating theory with practice,based on the analysis of the above summary,about the present situation of the plot against its design scheme,the deficiency of the optimization in the area of urban space texture,space for urban residents to bring better sensory experience.By taking the Wuchang city overall situation of urban space texture as the research object,through the analysis of the bottom of the figure to explore,to understand the present situation of the ancient city of Wuchang different building texture,space for subsequent optimization scheme to make targeted recommendations,to upgrade the space after can better adapt to the construction of the present urban development,optimize the urban texture at the same time improve the utilization efficiency of urban space layout,promote urban space has a higher vigor,and bring more opportunities for the development of the city,provide a reference for other texture space optimization of the same type reference significance.
