Research On The Correlation Between Urban Characteristics And Height Form From The Perspective Of Block Building Group

In the face of the background of urban slowdown and quality improvement,high-quality development has become an important touchstone to test the achievements of urban construction.The characteristic and quality of urban style is not only a game of urban competitiveness,but also an important guarantee of urban material space for people’s "happiness" under the guidance of "people-centered" ideology.Therefore,whether as the pursuit of urban development goals or the implementation results of urban planning,the overall characteristics of important urban areas widely recognized and proud of by the public is an important embodiment of the quality of urban construction.However,the current practice of feature planning is too macroscopical and intentional,and lacks effective control of specific lot space.From the perspective of specific spatial form guidance and control,the combination of building height of quarter units is one of the most effective ways to shape urban features.So this paper tries to through the overall characteristic style and features of key parts of the city space structure research,and based on the space of the quarter unit,from the perspective of building group construct characteristic style and features and explore the correlation of height form,in order to seek characteristic style and features of corresponding features and form,to its characteristic style of "form" guide provide a valid path,Enhance the feasibility of the implementation of the intention of urban characteristics in the planning and decision-making stage.In this paper,first of all,from the perspective of the urban landscape space appear under the network media,establish the city features of landscape space can be deterministic,based on the network media platform search landscape scene in Shanghai,found that the characteristics of Shanghai style mainly by a whole lot as features for key areas of the city,and appeared the integrity of landscape space for the importance of urban landscape system.In order to explore the correlation between characteristic style and height form,the study takes Lujiazui District of Shanghai as a typical case of characteristic style to conduct in-depth research,and takes quarter space as a basic unit to analyze from two dimensions of characteristic style and height form.For characteristic features,factor analysis,spatial correspondence,perception statistics and value evaluation are carried out based on network media pictures.Quarter unit was established on the basis of feature of the calculation,completed the abstraction characteristic style and features of the spatial corresponding,typed and numerical value evaluation,finally through mathematical statistics and spatial analysis methods such as Geo Da made clear the blocks in the style of landscape types and distribution characteristics.As for the quarter height form,Arc GIS tool is used to grid the block buildings,and the quarter height form characteristics are determined by the grid height information statistics.It is found that the quarter height form within the whole section is divided into six types.Based on the above two aspects of characteristic style and height form,the research attempts to explore the correlation between characteristic style and height form.From the correspondence of the height values of the overall features,it can be found that the attention of the features of the space above 100 m increases with the increase of height.From the view of "datal-form" height composition of the quarter,the overall characteristic features are mainly composed of the datal-form height of the quarter and the height of the shape bulge.Finally,in terms of the matching characteristics of style types and height form types,the height form and distribution characteristics corresponding to the five style types of quarters are summarized according to the feature degree from high to low.In the end,the research methods and results of characteristic features and highly morphologically related content are applied in the project practice of Guantang District,Zhenjiang City.Based on the basic conditions and planning demands of the project,the layout of quarters with style is implemented based on the elements of the overall structure,so as to establish corresponding height forms to match the types of different quarters with style.Attempt was studied with the aid of in the process of the whole grid blocks "benchmark-height" form representation of intention to have a style guide control model,this paper proposes a routing,process and platform of the highly form control thinking,to implement the demands of city characteristic landscape planning in the key areas has a certain practical significance.The main text is about 90 thousand words,and more than 140 groups of charts and graphs.
