| When the tank is parked with inclination angle,the rotation of the turret will change the load of its shafting,which will affect the performance of the driver and lead to the reduction of the mobility performance of the turret in this condition.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the load variation of the tank turret when it rotates in the tilting parking state.A set of dynamic load simulation device is designed for the test of driver performance.The main research procedures is as follows:In this paper,mathematical modelling analysis is first performed for a tank turret in an inclined parking condition,and MATLAB-based simulations are undertaken for the variation of torque and angular acceleration during turret rotation.The resulting turret load variation pattern is used as a theoretical basis and data support for the design of the mechanical structure of the turret load simulator.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the turret load simulator is designed and the 3D model of the mechanical system is constructed on the foundation of Solid Works,after the mathematical modelling is completed according to the corresponding data support.After the three-dimensional model of the load simulator was established,the feasibility analysis was performed on the important components based on ANSYS,mainly analyzing the stability of the rotating inertia plate mechanism of the load simulator under high load conditions and the influence the deformation variables have on the moment of inertia value for the rotating inertia plate,and then analyzing the stress distribution and the change of stress value when the inertia plate is suddenly loaded to determine whether the components have plastic deformation.The load simulator designed in this paper can provide inertial load for the drive motor(converted to the motor side:adjustable range of height from 20.97 to 28.04 kg?cm~2,which can be extended up to 18.3 times to 512.68 kg?cm~2,adjustable range of orientation from 125.34 to353.31 kg?cm~2,which can be extended up to 1.7 times to 596.9 kg?cm~2).Resistance moment load adjustable range:0~8 N?m high and low,0~16 N?m bearing.Inertia load is assembled by inertia pieces to realize the step adjustment of inertia load.The system can simulate the adjustable load of 15°slope(maximum no higher than 15°)and the adjustable load when the gun rears,which is more appropriate to the actual working condition of the tank turret. |
