| In recent years, the development of industrialization has led to an increase in carbon emissions, the continuous increase in global temperature and the increasingly severe climate conditions,Which is bound to result in an increase in energy use in buildings. Therefore, how to carry out reasonable building design under the existing climate conditions,to deal with the growing situation of building energy consumption as time goes on,is the energy that is most important. Our country’s vast territory has five climate zones, among which the frigid area consumes a lot of building energy every year, because the winter is cold and lasts for a long time,so the energy saving potential is great. This paper takes office buildings in Northeast China as the research object to study the influence of various factors on building energy consumption under future climate change.First of all, this paper takes Harbin, the representative city of northeast China,as the basis of the current meteorological data, and uses CCWorld Weather Gen to establish the future meteorological data models for the 2050s(2041-2070)and the2080s(2071-2100).Then,with reference to the actual office building characteristics in Northeast China, according to the "Public Building Energy Saving Design Standards" and other design standards, taking Harbin City in Northeast China as an example, this paper uses De ST to establish a typical office building model, and calculates the annual load statistics table,in order to study and analyze the building load characteristics.Nine influencing factors in three parts of building orientation, envelope structure, heating and air conditioning system are selected.Under the current meteorological data, the future 2050 s and 2080 s meteorological data, the effects of each influencing factor on building cooling and heating load under three different climate data are studied, and corresponding suggestions for improvement are put forward. The orthogonal experiment method and mixed level orthogonal table are used to further study the influence of each factor under three kinds of meteorological data.Through the research, the results show that:(1)Under the three meteorological data, the annual cumulative heat load of office buildings is far greater than the annual cumulative cooling load.As time goes by,the cooling load index is on the rise, which increases by 30.0% and 52.2% respectively compared with the last period, while the thermal load index is on the decline, which decreases by 12.3% and 20.8% respectively compared with the last period. It can be seen that the increase is greater than the decrease.(2)Among the nine influencing factors, the favorable orientations of office buildings in Northeast China are mainly from south to southeast and from north to northwest; The cooling and heating load of the building is positively correlated with the window and wall area ratio, the external wall heat transfer coefficient, the roof heat transfer coefficient, the external window heat transfer coefficient and the fresh air volume.Internal shading, reasonable setting of system temperature and intermittent operation of air conditioning in summer will further reduce the building load.(3)Using the mixed horizontal orthogonal table(4 × 2)in the orthogonal test method, the order of the influence of seven influencing factors on the total building load is obtained: fresh air volume > windowed wall area ratio > exterior wall > exterior window > shading > operation mode > roof.Figure [twenty-nine] Table [twenty-one] Reference [eighty-eight]... |
