With the rapid development of the global economy and the gradual enhancement of people’s level of living, the demand for energy from global users is increasing.In2018,the global demand for primary energy grew at the highest rate in nearly a decade.Among them,China’s contribution to global energy demand ranked first, reaching 34%.Saving energy and reducing consumption is an inevitable requirement for achieving sustainable development.Buildings are one of the major end-users of energy globally, and their energy consumption is growing rapidly as the economies of developing countries progress. At present,China’s total building energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion of energy consumption in public buildings. As one of the main types of public buildings, office buildings of government agencies are the key aspects of building energy conservation and consumption reduction.First of all,a systematic analysis of the overall energy consumption of 12 audited office buildings in cold area was conducted. The average annual power consumption per unit area was 51.3 k Wh/(m~2﹒a),and the minimum annual power consumption per building area was 20.02 k Wh./(m~2﹒a),the maximum value is 116.19k Wh/(m~2﹒a).Secondly,select a typical government office building for detailed energy consumption analysis, survey and statistics of basic building information, energy use equipment, and indoor environment, etc.,and analyze actual energy consumption data in detail. Its power consumption per unit area is 50.04k Wh/(m~2.a),the building has a certain energy-saving space. Then, based on the selected typical office building, use De ST simulation software to perform building modeling, load simulation, energy consumption calculation, etc.,and analyze the load characteristics in different seasons.Select seven load influencing factors to design orthogonal tests to affect the load.Based on the simulation analysis of the factors, the significance order of the load impact is obtained:external wall heat transfer coefficient>fresh air index>window-to-wall ratio>external window heat transfer coefficient>equipment density>shading coefficient>lighting density, which provides guidance for the next energy-saving analysis work. Finally, according to the load characterization analysis and the ranking of the significance of the load influencing factors, the control variable parameter method is used, and DeST software is applied to simulate the building body, air conditioning system and lighting system to analyze the energy saving potential of the institutional office building.According to the analysis, after reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall of the building to meet the energy-saving requirements, the cumulative heat load of the building is reduced by 17%;the cumulative heat load of the building is positively correlated with the heat transfer coefficient of the external window glass, the cumulative cold load of the building is positively correlated with the change of the SC value of the shading coefficient of the external window glass, and the reduction of the shading coefficient of the external window glass has a significant impact on the energy consumption of the building;adjusting the air conditioning room temperature and increasing the new air heat recovery technology can significantly reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning.
