| At present,the scale and quality of talent training in China’s colleges and universities are constantly improving,and it is the historical responsibility of colleges and universities to cultivate college students into socialist builders and successors with all-round development of "morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor".The comprehensive gymnasium of colleges and universities is an important teaching place,and it is also the main place for the school to hold large-scale activities and students to carry out physical exercise,which has the characteristics of large investment,complex structure,multiple functions and long construction period,which puts forward higher requirements for engineering construction.Risk management of construction projects is an important part of engineering construction,and how to scientifically identify,evaluate and control risks,and achieve the goal of saving project costs and improving the quality of construction projects is a key issue in the construction of comprehensive gymnasiums in colleges and universities.Aiming at the research on engineering risk management of university gymnasium projects,this paper takes the comprehensive gymnasium project of Northeast Electric Power University as a case study to carry out quantitative and qualitative research through literature analysis and field investigation,and puts forward effective measures for the risk management of university comprehensive gymnasiums.Firstly,the literature research method is used to review the relevant research results at home and abroad,put forward the existing research deficiencies,sort out the engineering risk management theory,and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research work.Secondly,the overview of the comprehensive gymnasium project of Northeast Dianli University was analyzed,an expert group was formed,and the Delphi method was used to identify the project risks,and the main risk factors under various risks were obtained by scoring various risks that may occur in the large-scale comprehensive stadium project.Thirdly,the risk evaluation model is constructed,the AHP analytic hierarchy method is used for risk evaluation,the risk evaluation index system based on AHP is established,and the weight of risk indicators at the criterion layer and the scheme layer is calculated in turn to obtain the risk evaluation results.Finally,combined with the risk evaluation results obtained by the AHP analytic hierarchy method,risk control measures are proposed in five aspects,including design and technology,organization and management,construction period,construction safety,and project quality,and a risk supervision mechanism is formulated to improve the overall risk control level of the comprehensive gymnasium project of Northeast Electric Power University and realize the economic and social benefits of the project. |
