Research On Security Risk Comprehensive Evaluation Of Substation Project Construction

As the basic industry of national economic development, electric power industry lay the foundation of national sustained economy and stable development by providing reliable power persistently. Currently, along with the development of China’s national economy and the improvement of living standards of people’s material and spiritual culture, the demand for electricity has been soaring which leads to more attention of many scholars payed to the safety of power grid construction, especially substation project. Substation project is characterized with high technical content, long construction cycle, huge investment, policy orientation etc, which leads to much more uncertainty in the substation project construction and higher probability of safety accidents. To analyze risk of the construction can understand all kinds of potential risk factor which caused in the construction process and been taken the appropriate measures, and then guarantee construction safety.Risk assessment in the whole substation occupies is crucial for understanding the effect of substation project risk degree in the project risk control. Risk assessment of substation project is vital in accurately judging probability of risk factors and the impact in substation project; ensuring the rationality of the project goal programming and the feasibility of the plan; encouraging decision makers to take scientific measures to address risks and then determine the best countermeasures against risks.Accordingly, this paper analyzes the substation construction project risk to perform the analysis of characteristic, cause and risk factors, including personal injury risk,equipment risk, environment risk, material risk, fires and explosions risk. Then, we adopt trapezoidal fuzzy number method to establish the risk evaluation index system, carry out scientific evaluation on the overall level of substation project risk, and put forward corresponding measures of risk. This study attempts to provide reference significance to other similar substation project risk studies.
