Relying on a variety of emerging information and communication technologies,the Internet of Vehicles is a new industrial form that realizes the deep integration of multiple industries such as automobiles,road transportation,and communications,including vehicle-people,vehicle-road,vehicle-vehicle,and all-round links between vehicles and service platforms.At present,the development of the Internet of Vehicles industry,which is based on the resonance of the triple factors of policy,technology and industry,is facing historic opportunities,and has also become an important factor to help the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry.VOX is a large car joint venture Company,after years of development,it has occupied a leading position in the traditional automobile manufacturing industry,but its Internet of Vehicles business developed late,and for Internet of Vehicles business,there are problems such as long product replacement cycle and poor user experience,low degree of systematization of Io V(internet of vehicle)products and poor user stickiness,unclear business model and low income of the latter item,which not only make it difficult for VOX’s Internet of Vehicles business to develop rapidly and create revenue for the company.More importantly,the huge gap with industry leaders in Internet of Vehicles products has a negative impact on consumer decisions and threatens the company’s overall sales in the automotive market.This paper takes the Io V business of VOX company,a leading domestic largescale joint venture passenger car manufacturer,as the research object,and analyzes and studies what strategies to promote the rapid development of the Io V business under the current situation that the deployment of the Io V business is not mature and the development is slow,and under the environment of the rapid development of the Io V business of "new forces" and "Tesla",in order to achieve the goal of lasting market share.Nowadays,in terms of macro environment,the political and regulatory environment provides a foundation for the development of the Internet of Vehicles business.The overall development trend of China’s economy,especially the country’s emphasis on scientific and technological innovation,provides fertile soil for the Internet of Vehicles business;The development of a number of key technologies such as 5G and sensing technology has also provided impetus for the development of the Internet of Vehicles business,and while it has opportunities,VOX Company’s internet of vehicles business is also facing the increasingly fierce competition,personal privacy,traffic safety and data security issues.Although the company has its own comprehensive strength and brand power,high integrity of the business industry chain and abundant resources,and active changes within the company to support business development,its vehicle software architecture choices are limited,the rationality of the internal organizational structure and insufficient resource integration ability and other shortcomings also hinder the development of the Internet of Vehicles business to a certain extent.Through the comprehensive analysis of VOX’s Internet of Vehicles business,it is finally concluded that it should choose the "WO development strategy" to accelerate the development of its own Internet of Vehicles business by integrating internal resources and cooperating with leaders in various industries,especially the improvement of its core products and ecological services.At the same time,through the adjustment of the internal organizational structure and the tilt of internal human resources and other resources to the Internet of Vehicles business,the overall strategy is ensured.It is expected that the research of this paper will play a reference for the development of VOX’s Internet of Vehicles business,so that it can not follow the wave of transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry due to the late start of the Internet of Vehicles business in the environment of faster iteration in the automotive industry.
