| With the rapid development of China’s power industry,the State Grid Corporation of China also needs to follow the trend of the times and achieve the strategic goal of building an internationally leading energy internet enterprise with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible.The role of performance management is particularly important in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and develop faster,so that employees can better participate in the work.This article takes State Grid JY Company as the research object to conduct in-depth research on performance management.Through investigation,it was found that although State Grid JY Company has its own performance evaluation system,there are some problems in its current performance management.Through questionnaire survey,the problems in JY Company’s performance management are summarized into four aspects: performance plan formulation,performance coaching communication,performance evaluation feedback,and the application of performance evaluation results,The root cause of performance management problems lies in JY Company’s neglect of the importance of full participation in performance plans,the formality of coaching and communication,the failure to play a guiding role in performance evaluations,the lack of channels for feedback and appeals,and the lack of providing sustained and targeted incentive methods.Based on the above five questions,propose corresponding optimization plans accordingly.Sign employee performance contracts to increase participation in the development of employee performance plans,and managers and employees work together to develop reasonable performance plans;Continuously carry out various forms of communication and performance guidance work,so that managers always understand the status of employees and the completion of performance plans,help employees solve problems encountered in work,continuously improve employees’ work ability,and efficiently and qualitatively complete performance plans;Develop a temporary work order grabbing and scoring evaluation plan to stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm and ensure that they receive more work;Develop a bundled performance evaluation plan to enable new and old employees to help each other and complement each other’s strengths;Develop a performance evaluation plan for class leaders to comprehensively improve their performance level;Provide appeal channels to enable departments and employees who have doubts about performance evaluation to have convenient appeal methods;Provide targeted training and recuperation leave,and provide targeted training,recuperation,and leave priority incentives for top performing employees to enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility.Solve the root causes of performance management problems through organizational,institutional and cultural guarantees to ensure better implementation and implementation of the optimization plan.Through the above optimization scheme,the problems encountered by JY Company of the State Grid of China can be effectively solved,and can play a good role,which is worth promoting. |
