| In the era before high-speed rail and cars were popular,bus used to be the preferred way to travel.After all,compared with self-driving cars,bus are more economical and affordable.Secondly,compared with trains,bus not only save the tedious process of buying tickets and checking tickets,but also save more time than trains.But in recent years,there has been a quiet change in the way people choose to travel,with the number of bus being drastically reduced.Mainly due to the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction and the rapid improvement of the automobile industry,high-speed rail is preferred for long distance while self-drive is preferred for short distance,resulting in a sharp decline in passenger transport year by year.In particular,the lockdown of Wuhan on January23,2019 officially ushered in the era of COVID-19.The pandemic has disrupted the normal order of global economic operations,disrupted the smooth operation of industrial and supply chains,and had a huge impact on many industries.From 2011 to 2019,the annual number of trips in China grew at an average rate of10.8%,reaching 6 billion in 2019,but only 2.88 billion in 2020,a decrease of 52.1%.Affected by the economic environment and the epidemic,the national passenger bus production and sales volume from more than 400,000 units per year to only 258,000 units in 2021,a decrease of 41.0%.The passenger bus industry market demand is shrinking rapidly,and the market competition is intensifying.Y Bus Company is affected by the bus industry,the company’s profit has been declining year after year.The production system strictly controls the labor cost,operation efficiency,quality and other aspects.As the manager of the production workshop,he should improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost and resource input by constantly exploring the production management mode and operation improvement methods.In this paper,the assembly workshop of Y Bus Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through literature,field research,expert interview and other methods,combined with lean production,planning management,quality management and other theories,and study of domestic and foreign bus assembly and subassembly of professional fields.Conduct in-depth analysis and research on the rationality of the distribution of existing sub-packaging operations,the planning management of sub-packaging operations,the state of the site layout,the process operation specifications,quality management,information application and other dimensions.By studying the production management mode of bus assembly line,allocating corresponding organization,planning mode,standard operation method,quality management method and information equipment implementation,scientific process distribution of assembly line and assembly line is carried out to reduce the complexity of assembly line operation,and the working efficiency of assembly workshop is constantly improved by improving the efficiency of parts assembly and modular assembly.At the same time,the paper studies the production management scheme of bus subassembly operation to establish a reference production management mode for bus industry assembly and subassembly operation. |
