With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic automobile market,great changes have taken place in the automobile industry.The automobile has developed from the traditional internal combustion engine era to the intelligent automobile era.With the change of the pattern of the automobile industry,the development of automobile talents is facing new challenges.Facing the current situation of brain drain and retaining talents through a series of incentive measures has become the focus of the management of K Automobile Company.At present,the employee turnover rate of the automobile industry remains high,and the reasons for the turnover are diversified,which has a serious impact on the development of the enterprise.The high turnover rate not only has a negative impact on the development of the enterprise,but also causes a large human cost.This paper takes K Automobile Company as an example to discuss the causes of brain drain,so as to provide corresponding solutions for K Automobile Company.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign literature on brain drain,theoretical models related to brain drain and other relevant theories,combines literature research method,on-the-job employee questionnaire survey,employee dimssion interview and other research methods,and uses 2017-2021 human resources department data of K Automobile Company to find that K Automobile company has a serious employee turnover,and organizes and analyzes the reasons for employee turnover.It is concluded that employees’ satisfaction with compensation and welfare,career development planning,promotion channels and corporate culture recognition gradually decreases.Based on the survey results of in-service employees and the interview contents of outgoing employees,the causes of brain drain in K Auto Company are divided into three dimensions: external factors,internal organizational factors and personal factors.The reasons within the company mainly include corporate organizational culture,compensation and welfare incentive,performance appraisal,staff training,leadership,etc.Finally,based on the analysis of the causes of brain drain in K Automobile Company,countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of organizational culture,establishing a sound salary and welfare system and assessment system,improving internal promotion and job transfer opportunities,helping employees to develop career development plans,and strengthening the construction of organizational culture are put forward.Through this study on the brain drain of K Automobile Company,this paper hopes to timely discover the problems existing in the management system and other aspects,help the enterprise analyze the current situation and find out the problems,and propose scientific and reasonable countermeasures for the brain drain of K Automobile Company,in order to help solve the brain drain problem and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
