In the context of the continuous development of Internet technology and the independent employment of enterprises,the cross-regional flow of labor is becoming more and more frequent and widespread,and the scope of employment selection of employees has been greatly expanded.The employment situation of two-way choice between enterprises and workers is becoming increasingly mature,and the employee turnover rate of enterprises is also increasing.This paper takes YD Company,a construction enterprise in the city where the author works,as the research object.Because the company belongs to a family-owned private enterprise and its management system is relatively tradition,it has been difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises.The problem of employment turnover has also been particularly obvious in recent years,and has gradually become the key factor that hinders the development of enterprises.Human resources,as an important strategic resource of modern enterprises,is an important prerequisite for enterprises to maintain vitality and innovation.Excessive employee turnover rate will greatly affect the stability and continuity of enterprise operation,and will also have an impact on the loyalty of active employees,increase the operating costs of enterprises,affect the reputation and image of enterprises,and produce a series of chain reactions.Therefore,the reasons for employee turnover of YD Company will be studied,It is urgent to improve the current situation of high employee turnover rate.This paper starts with the phenomenon of high staff turnover rate of YD Company,analyzes the overall situation of staff turnover of YD Company in the past five years from different angles,and comprehensively analyzes the reasons for the high staff turnover rate of YD Company through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview method,which are low salary income,imperfect promotion mechanism,imperfect performance appraisal system,poor welfare treatment.The company pays too much attention to economic benefits while neglecting cultural construction and other reasons,which makes it difficult for employees of the company to have a sense of belonging and identity with the company.In view of the above reasons,from the perspective of enterprise managers,several improvement measures have been put forward,such as optimizing the salary and welfare system,improving the promotion mechanism,strengthening the construction of training system,and creating a good corporate culture atmosphere,in order to reduce the employee turnover rate of the company and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,At the same time,attract more excellent talents to join the team,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the reasons for the high staff turnover rate of YD Company and improvement measures,which can also provide some reference and reference for other private enterprises to deal with similar problems,and has certain practical significance.
