Based on the FSSC,this research studies the impact of reengineering of engineering construction enterprises process on financial performance improvement.In the past,engineering enterprises performed poorly in financial management and informationization.Therefore,an increasing number of companies start to implement Financial Shared Service Center,the core of which is process reengineering with changes in business and organizational structure.Since the risks and challenges,this paper researches the impact of process reengineering in FSSC on financial performance with the help of a combination of theoretical research and case studies.This paper studies the relationship between process reengineering and performance improvement based on the relative theories and the strategic and financial management characteristics of engineering enterprises.With the help of analyzing the case study of China Railway Construction,this paper finds that enterprises reorganize the process to refine the non-value-added process,which is conducive to the centralized management;the unified standardization of the process and the integration of industry effectively reduce the financial risk,especially for contract and cash risks;internal resource integration can improve the operational efficiency of enterprises in order to help engineering construction enterprises solve the problem of cash management;and the integration of financial sharing process reengineering to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises,facing the increasingly fierce market competition of engineering and construction enterprises.This paper explores the relationship between process reengineering in FSSC and financial performance,which is beneficial to the government and other companies to have a deep understanding of the importance of process reengineering in FSSC,to promote the informatization construction of the engineering industry,and to serve as a reference for other engineering companies.
