Research And Application Of Comprehensive Evaluation Method Of GSM-R Network Quality

With the opening of more and more high-speed railway lines,China State Railway Group has built a nationwide GSM-R network(Global System for Mobile Communications Railway).GSM-R railway communication network is an important carrier for the development of intelligent railways.More attention has been devoted to the operation and maintenance of the R network.The existing researches almost focus on the GSM-R system technology,and the research on the operation quality evaluation of the GSM-R network is relatively rare.Based on this,this paper proposes a new comprehensive evaluation method,which realizes the scientific evaluation of the operation performance of the GSM-R communication network.positive effect.The research work of this paper proposes a new method and new idea for solving the operation quality of GSM-R network.The main research work is as follows:(1)The GSM-R communication network quality evaluation index system is constructed.Combining with the characteristics of GSM-R network itself,based on the selection rules of communication network evaluation indicators,the guidance of railway experts and the suggestions of front-line railway workers,the evaluation indicators are initially selected,and the correlation test method is used to test and analyze the selected indicators.And by setting a reasonable threshold,the index with high similarity of evaluation value is eliminated,and a set of comprehensive evaluation index system with strong pertinence is scientifically and reasonably screened.(2)A comprehensive evaluation model of GSM-R communication network quality is proposed.This paper designs the steps of GSM-R network quality evaluation.Based on the AHP,the group decision-making method is used to improve it,forming a multi-expert evaluation comprehensive empowerment decision-making model,which effectively avoids the contingency of a single expert’s subjective decision-making.Based on the data distribution characteristics of GSM-R evaluation indicators,the S-type utility function quantification method is introduced to quantify the evaluation indicators,and a GSM-R network evaluation model is built.(3)A comprehensive evaluation system for GSM-R communication network quality is designed.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation system of GSM-R communication network quality is designed based on the features of complex workflow and many indicators in the comprehensive evaluation of GSM-R network quality.Based on the J2 EE development platform,using WEB development technology and SSM framework technology,the system architecture and functional modules are designed in detail,and the above-mentioned GSM-R network quality comprehensive evaluation model is designed into a complete software evaluation system.The software of the evaluation system is simple to operate and easy to maintain,and is suitable for the evaluation of the operation quality of the communication networks of various railway bureaus.48 figures,18 tables,and 94 references.
