Among all transportation facilities,roads are a very basic one.In order to make highways have a longer service life and help the safe development of the transportation industry,it is urgent to improve the level of highway maintenance management.However,at present,there is no unified and perfect management system with excellent decision support for highway maintenance,which leads to difficulties such as long highway maintenance period and wide construction scope.Based on this,this paper designs a highway maintenance management system based on SSH for the highway management department.According to the actual situation of highway maintenance and the user’s demand for highway maintenance,this thesis designs and implements a highway maintenance management system based on SSH.Mainly include: First,the system adopts SSH framework,SQL Server2016,MVC mode and B/S architecture development;Second,through the investigation of highway maintenance management business,the key analysis and design of basic data management,maintenance management,emergency management,road condition communication Block management and system management modules.Among them,maintenance management can realize road maintenance decision-making,and emergency management and road condition traffic resistance management functions can realize early warning and communication in emergency situations.Thirdly,this thesis proposes a new decision-making model for highway maintenance.This mode implements road maintenance in two stages.The first stage: Based on the road section information and the highway maintenance knowledge base,a preliminary decision is made to determine the maintenance type that needs to be selected in the major repair,medium repair,preventive maintenance and other types of the designated road section,and the corresponding alternative maintenance plan under this type.The second stage: Using the road maintenance decision-making model,the optimal road maintenance plan is output from the above-mentioned first-stage alternatives,and then provides decision support for the formulation of the road maintenance plan.The system test results show that the system has perfect functions and good performance.The innovation of this paper is that it provides a staged and adjustable decision-making model for highway maintenance business.This model not only makes full use of the existing road maintenance experience and knowledge,but also allows the maintenance decision-making indicators to be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the road section.In this way,the limitation of relying too much on historical maintenance data of highway sections in the past has been changed,and the practicability and flexibility of highway maintenance work have been effectively improved.The system is currently in use.The next step will be to add image recognition technology to the system to automatically identify faulty road sections and realize intelligent maintenance.48 pictures,46 tables,65 references...
