| The supply-side structural reform proposed by the state is a major innovation that adapts to and leads the new normal of economic development.At the same time,it also puts new tests,higher requirements and higher standards on China’s future transportation development.Expressway is the main choice for people to travel conveniently and efficiently.With the requirements of the country,the situation and the improvement of people’s travel quality requirements,the highway has a higher expectation of the quality status of the expressway.Moreover,the asphalt pavement is used as the main pavement form of the expressway and is subject to various factors,so it is necessary to maintain it.Preventive maintenance is increasingly favored for cost,performance and transportation advantages.However,due to the complex disease characteristics,high driving speed and large construction investment,how to spend less money to obtain greater maintenance effect becomes the primary consideration for preventive maintenance.Therefore,based on the characteristics of expressways and the characteristics of preventive maintenance,the preventive maintenance decision of highway asphalt pavement is carried out,a more accurate evaluation method is established,a more accurate forecasting model is proposed,and a more scientific timing and measure decision modeling is given,which has an important role.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the types of highway asphalt diseases,by comparing the applicability of the current common conservation measures,the paper selects the preventive measures suitable for the highway asphalt pavement,and makes the basis for the choice of measure.(2)Research on current norms,standards and literatures,the paper proposes six individual evaluation indicators,and uses the Pavement Structure Strength Index as a sampling evaluation index,and the Pavement Surface Condition Index,Riding Quality Index,Rutting Depth Index,Skidding Resistance Index and FCI are used as sub-indicators of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The nonlinear fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the pavement,and it is compared with the results of common fuzzy evaluation methods and normative evaluation methods to verify that the method is feasible.(3)Considering the uncertainty of the variation law of pavement performance and the advantages and disadvantages of the common pavement performance prediction model,the GM(1,1)prediction method based on improved background value is proposed and applied to the example.The comparison of the prediction results of the traditional GM(1,1)confirms that the prediction method is more accurate.(4)In view of the current research on the timing and countermeasures,it is proposed to adopt the reconstruction optimization model to make decision-making on the timing and countermeasures of the road surface,and to clearly define the time period determination and maintenance standards.In the output indicator,combined with the seriousness of the rutting disease in the expressway,the “rut improvement” is added to the output indicator.Apply this model to the example to determine the best timing and strategy combination plan,and choose the best solution. |
