| In this paper,we visited the service streets in central Mianyang and summarized their common problems,this paper analyzes street traffic,communication space and space aesthetics,and puts forward relevant optimization strategies based on the analysis results,relevant theories and cases at home and abroad,it serves as a reference for the improvement of the spatial quality of the service streets in central Mianyang.In order to make the strategy of improving the quality of service-oriented street space in central Mianyang more systematic,the author has established an evaluation system based on street traffic,communication space and spatial aesthetics,and on this basis,detailed analysis.The author visited Chengmian Road area,measured and recorded the road section data,and calculated the service level of each street from the road section,found that Fu’an Lane section service level is D.The paper also counts the various types of buildings in the district,calculates the forecast parking demand and compares it with the actual number of parking spaces,and finds that the total number of gaps in the district as a whole is about 2700,during the visit found that the southeast corner of the site catering,hotel type of business settings are too concentrated,and the hospital is closer,and the parking lot is scattered on the ground traffic impact is quite large.The author uses AHP method to analyze the quality of walkable communication space,staying communication space and street furniture,13 criteria layers,such as“Tidiness and comfort of pavement”,“Traffic safety” and“Night lighting”,were established for analysis,it was found that the scores of street paving tidiness,walking space safety and street furniture meeting the demand were lower in Chengmian Road area.The statistics showed that the rate of disorder of buildings,environmental sanitation and commerce along Chengmian Road was 0.61,0.83 and 0.61 respectively.The color atmosphere index of the main street color is between 4.35 and 5.4,which is in the general grade,and there is room for adjustment and improvement.In addition to Chengmian Road,Chengmian Road,Chengmian Road Lane Street Green visibility were: 0.19,0.35,0.39 in the low and low green visual rate grade.The average visibility of Chengmian Road is 0.19,and the street is dark.The author took the area of Chengian Road in the Central District of Mianyang as the object of study,through the establishment of evaluation system,the Status Quo of research,questionnaire survey,DATA COLLECTION,data analysis to assist the quality of its space environment to improve the strategy.This paper puts forward some professional suggestions for the practical reconstruction of Chengmian Road area,which can be used for reference for the reconstruction of similar streets in the Central District of Mianyang. |
