| As an important part of the "The Belt and Road" initiative,China Railway Express(CRexpress)is also an important carrier and backbone of international logistics trade.Since its operation in 2011,all over the country have responded positively,and the number of CRexpress in operation has been growing at a spurt.But the related problems have also surfaced one after another.At this stage,the operation mode of CRexpress is in the transition period from "point-to-point" to "hub to hub".there are still some problems,such as repeated train operation lines,vicious competition in goods sources,unsystematic train transportation system,insufficient and unstable goods sources in some cities and so on,which have seriously affected the development of CRexpress.Therefore,based on the optimization of the operation mode of CRexpress,this paper studies the location of the European collecting and distributing hub and the optimization of the operation scheme.This paper first analyzes the current operation status of CRexpress and the operation mode of CRexpress at the present stage by combing the relevant research on CRexpress at home and abroad.Based on the Hub-and-spoke logistics network theory,this paper puts forward the mixed distribution operation mode of CRexpress,and analyzes the connotation and characteristics,train types and required conditions of this mode.Then,this paper studies the location of overseas distribution hubs.Firstly,the definition of distribution hub and the influencing factors of location are analyzed,and the basic principles of hub location are given.Secondly,this paper analyzes the location method and constructs the evaluation index system of alternative nodes.Third,determine the alternative nodes according to the current normal operation shifts and routes of CRexpress,and build the cargo transportation network of the alternative nodes.Finally,three evaluation methods are used to comprehensively rank the alternative nodes,and the results obtained by the three methods are compared and analyzed.Next,this paper analyzes the construction method of service network,aiming at the overall timeliness and economy optimization of CRexpress,constructs the operation scheme optimization model based on service network.On this basis,taking the actual schedule of CRexpress as an example,it is calculated and solved by the above model.The results show that the optimization scheme increases the transportation cost,but saves the overall transportation time,and the converted economic value of this part of time is greater than the increased transportation cost.Finally,the rationality and validity of the model are analyzed.The research content of this paper is to reasonably distribute the overall freight flow of the road network,which effectively improve the overall transportation efficiency of CRexpress and enhance its brand value;At the same time,it also provides a certain theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the "hub to hub" transportation organization model of CRexpress. |
