As a new energy-saving and environment-friendly means of transportation, electric vehicle has the dual advantages of energy saving and environmental pollution mitigation.Vigorously promoting the development of electric vehicle has become the consensus of the global automobile industry. With the help of mobile computing technology, sharing electric vehicles has become a convenient and affordable mobile choice. In recent years, with the support of various policies, shared electric vehicles have developed rapidly. However, the limited battery capacity is still the main obstacle to the large-scale adoption of shared electric vehicles.Users are worried that the lack of vehicle endurance will produce mileage anxiety, which greatly weakens the popularity of shared vehicles. At the same time, the insufficient construction of supporting charging facilities and the mismatch of charging capacity also greatly limit the bottleneck of the development of shared vehicles. In this paper, the discrete event simulation method is used to estimate how the charging speed and maximum mileage affect the performance of car sharing project. The results of simulation modeling help to capture the trade-off between charging facility investment, vehicle utilization and user satisfaction, which is of great significance to the operation and development of shared cars.Taking the unidirectional electric vehicle sharing system as the research object, this paper proposes an event driven discrete event simulation method based on o^2 des framework, and establishes a vehicle sharing simulation model considering the influence of charging. The model is mainly composed of three modules:station, electric vehicle and path module.Static attributes, dynamic attributes and module related events are defined, and different modules are triggered by events.Under the framework of O~2DES,the relationship between user mileage anxiety and vehicle charging process and vehicle battery capacity is explored.Firstly,it introduces in detail the mileage anxiety that users may have when choosing to share electric vehicles and the impact of this anxiety on customer choice, explores the impact of user mileage anxiety on system operation, and realizes the system design considering user mileage anxiety. At the same time, the impact of road congestion on driving speed is simulated in the discrete model, and a detailed charging process is designed for electric vehicles to approach the real world.Through the system operation logic and start-up process,an automobile sharing simulation system considering users’mileage anxiety is realized.Based on the operation data of Evcard shared vehicle in Chengdu, the traffic network belonging to Mandel benchmark network is established. The established model is simulated and verified to determine the stability of system operation.Through the output results of the discrete simulation model, this paper analyzes how the charging process alleviates the negative impact caused by the limited battery capacity of the shared vehicle, how the charging process affects the performance of the shared vehicle operation system, the impact of different travel prices on the system operation, and the travel behavior of users under different mileage anxiety coefficients. It realizes the simulation of different models such as electric vehicles and fuel vehicles, compares the income, cost and energy consumption through the operation of different models, and verifies the advantages and feasibility of promoting electric vehicles from different angles.
