| With the continuous development of enterprise informatization,enterprises have accumulated a lot of manufacturing experience and knowledge in the process of research and development of complex products,and knowledge plays a key role in the market competition of enterprises.Knowledge is the source of product design,especially in complex product manufacturability design process,the demand for relevant manufacturability knowledge is particularly prominent.However,the manufacturability knowledge of complex products has problems such as serious knowledge loss,disorganized knowledge,and difficult knowledge reuse,which seriously hinders the development of manufacturability design activities.Therefore,how to effectively manage and utilize manufacturability knowledge has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.As the best way to semantic knowledge base,knowledge graph realizes the real value of knowledge from the semantic point of view.Therefore,this paper applies the knowledge graph to the field of complex product manufacturability design,constructs the complex product manufacturability knowledge graph,and realizes the effective sharing and reuse of manufacturability knowledge.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the demand for manufacturability knowledge in each stage of complex product design,summed up the types and characteristics of manufacturability knowledge,analyzed the specific application of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph,and proposed complex product manufacturability knowledge.The manufacturing knowledge graph construction framework lays the foundation for subsequent research.(2)Research on the construction method of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph schema layer.For the meaning of schema layer,ontology is used as schema layer.According to the knowledge characteristics in the field of manufacturability design,the ontology construction method integrating the seven-step method and the skeleton method is used to divide the manufacturability knowledge ontology into three categories,and the corresponding categories and hierarchical structures are defined.The relationships and attributes of the manufacturability are defined,and then the quality of the manufacturability ontology construction is qualitatively evaluated.Finally,the complex product manufacturability ontology is represented using OWL language,and the ontology is constructed using Protégé software to visualize the ontology.(3)The construction method of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph data layer is studied.First,preprocess the manufacturability data obtained from different data sources;then use the Brat tool to sequence the data,and use the BERT-Bi LSTM-CRF model for knowledge extraction;then use the cosine similarity calculation method to extract the Finally,the obtained manufacturability knowledge is stored by Neo4 j graph database,so as to realize the construction of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph.(4)On the basis of completing the construction of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph,a set of complex product manufacturability knowledge graph prototype system is designed and developed for verification,which realizes the management of manufacturability knowledge and realizes semantic retrieval.Application and visualization to help R&D designers design for manufacturability. |
