Public supporting infrastructure is the material basis for the normal operation and healthy development of a city,and it is of great significance for improving the living environment of the people,improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city,and accelerating the construction of high-quality modern towns.As an important part of urban supporting infrastructure,municipal roads also play an important role in improving people’s livelihood and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Therefore,how to build and put municipal roads into operation as soon as possible,save construction costs,and ensure construction quality is an urgent problem for project builders to solve.At the same time,municipal roads are mostly constructed in urban areas,which will inevitably affect the life and work of surrounding residents.Taking reducing the impact of construction pollution on residents as an environmental protection goal will be the top priority of building a modern city.Based on this,this paper introduces four construction management objectives of construction period,cost,quality and environmental protection,in order to maximize the comprehensive benefits of the project,using grey relational analysis,multi-objective optimization theory and multi-objective genetic algorithm to optimize the multi-objective optimization of municipal road construction management conduct research and analysis.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the existing literature at home and abroad,expounds the research background and research significance of multi-objective optimization of municipal road construction management,and introduces the connotation and influencing factors of the four major objectives in detail.Secondly,the relationship between each target was explored respectively,and the corresponding relationship model was established,and the quantification methods and parameter calculation of quality and environmental protection goals were introduced in detail.Then,based on the research contents of the first two parts,a multi-objective optimization model is established,and the NSGA-II intelligent optimization algorithm used in this paper is introduced in detail.Finally,taking the Dujiangyan No.1 road project as an actual case,the relevant parameters of each objective are obtained through calculation and sorting,and a multi-objective optimization model of the No.1 road project is established based on this,and the matlab software is used to calculate and solve to obtain multiple optimal requirements that meet the requirements of the project builders.Construction management scheme,the project builder can choose the corresponding construction management scheme according to the different emphasis on different goals.According to the actual situation of the No.1 road project,the construction management plan with the optimal environmental protection goal was finally selected.This plan also achieved a good balance of the four goals under the condition of the optimal environmental protection goal and met the requirements of the project builder,which verifies the feasibility and applicability of the model.This study applies multi-objective optimization research to the field of municipal road construction.By adjusting the duration of each process,a balanced optimization between the four objectives is achieved,and a scientific construction management plan is provided for project builders,with a view to providing a scientific basis for the future development of municipal road projects.Provide reference and reference for construction and development.
