In recent years,China’s urbanization rate has reached a relatively high level, and the urban physical examination work is being carried out on a large scale, and the data of China’s seventh population census shows that the proportion of children and the elderly population is rising. With the comprehensive three-child policy and the steady improvement of medical conditions, this proportion is likely to continue to increase. In this context, the concept of "full age",which focuses on "old-age care" and "childcare",is gradually becoming one of the key issues of urban construction. At present,China has entered the accelerated stage of population aging, and the increase of the elderly has put forward new requirements for urban public service facilities; The importance of the protection of children’s rights in urban construction and development is also gradually being recognized. The age-friendly urban public service facilities are bound to be the future development trend. At present, most cities in China provide public services in a way that tends to be core, which leads to the imbalance between supply and demand in terms of the coverage of facilities, the balance of distribution, and the accessibility of space. With the goal of improving the quality of human settlements and taking the whole-age friendliness of urban public service facilities as the research object, this paper analyzes the existing problems of urban public service facilities through the methods of literature reference, combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and multi-disciplinary intersection, and constructs an evaluation system of the whole-age friendliness of urban public service facilities, and takes Zhanlan Road Street in Beijing as a case to test,Finally, the optimization strategy for the age-friendly improvement of urban public service facilities is obtained. This article consists of six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, which elaborates on the research background, research purpose and significance, research methods, delineates the research scope, proposes the origin of the research, provides the problems that this article aims to solve, defines relevant concepts, and preliminarily proposes the research content. The second chapter carries out theoretical research, case reference and research summary, mainly combing the literature on the development of the concept of all age friendship at home and abroad and the research on various aspects of urban public service facilities, focusing on the analysis of reachability, spatial layout, performance evaluation and other aspects of facilities, combining with actual cases, pointing out that there are deficiencies in the combination of subjective and objective aspects of facility evaluation,This provides a theoretical basis for future research. The third chapter delves into the theory of age friendliness, introduces this concept into the evaluation system, and based on this concept, assesses the current problems of urban public service facilities, and conducts subsequent evaluations on this basis.Chapter 4 constructs an age friendly evaluation system for urban public service facilities.Firstly, propose evaluation indicators and establish a hierarchical structure for the indicators;Secondly, the principal component analysis method is used to fully rearrange the hierarchical structure of the indicators to obtain a more reasonable direction of indicator influence.Based on this direction, the hierarchical analysis is conducted to obtain the corresponding weights and principal component scores; Finally, the conditional value method is used to test the results and supplement the analytical conclusions.Chapter 5 conducted an empirical study on the evaluation system.69 facilities were selected from the area covered by Zhanzhan Road Street and its surrounding 15 minute living circle in Xicheng District,Beijing, and their age friendliness was evaluated from five aspects.Based on the analysis results,it was found that urban public service facilities in the study area have problems such as poor travel, uneven layout, inadequate safety, incomplete functionality, and poor experience, which means that the convenience of accessing the facilities needs to be improved,There are issues such as insufficient matching between space supply and crowd demand, certain security risks, incomplete intergenerational interaction functions, and the need to strengthen humanized design.Based on this, planning strategies are proposed.Chapter 6 presents conclusions and prospects, summarizes and summarizes the entire text, and provides prospects for future research directions.
