Research On Location Of Public Service Facilities In Urban Communities

With the deepening of public service system research and construction,the number and scale of urban community public service facilities have achieved remarkable results in wide coverage and equalization.At present,the allocation of public service facilities in urban communities is mainly based on the"thousand-person index",and the differences in actual needs of residents are averaged.Problems such as the concept and relationship ambiguity of the subject and object of the community public service supply,and the difference in the evaluation standards of the spatial location layout have caused the phenomenon of "non-equal and mismatch"in the distribution of community public facilities.This not only affects the service quality and efficiency of community public service facilities,but also falls far short of meeting the community residents' demand for convenient,comfortable and complete facility space.Therefore,while deepening the development of community public service system,it is urgent to evaluate the location of urban community public service facilities through certain theories and methods,and put forward corresponding space optimization strategies for the problems in the supply and demand of facilities.In this paper,by constructing the location evaluation system of urban community public service facilities,the coordination of subject and object is taken as the research direction,with "people" as the center,fairness and efficiency as the evaluation criteria,to achieve the "macro" and "micro" levels of The location of the community public service facilities is evaluated and studied,and the community public service facilities in Gulou of Xuzhou are taken as the research objects for an empirical analysis.The thesis clarifies the research progress and related theories at home and abroad,defines the concept and classification of community public service facilities,clarifies the spatial objects and scope of location research;based on the internal logic principle of the community life circle,it sorts out the location of the community public service facilities subject and object The main influencing factors of the layout;based on the value orientation of fairness and efficiency,the establishment of a community public service facility location evaluation system.Combined with the case,the spatial accessibility model based on the improved two-step mobile search method was used to quantitatively evaluate the spatial configuration fairness of urban community public service facilities at the macro level,and reveal the distribution characteristics of urban community public service spatial fairness;at the micro level Through the analysis of the residents' perception of accessibility dimension and the correlation analysis of each influencing factor,the role characteristics of important influencing factors in the evaluation of the service efficiency of public service facilities in urban communities are clarified.Based on empirical research,four spatial development models of urban community public service facilities including absolute value of spatial fairness,spatial environmental needs and residents' behavioral preferences are proposed;and a location measurement model is constructed based on the principle of coordination analysis,with the help of entropy method And space syntax to realize the coordinated evaluation of the coupling of community public service functions and street space vitality,and further provide a scientific optimization strategy for the location layout of urban community public service facilities.The main research conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)This paper proposes a research method of influencing factors of the lo cation of community public service facilities based on the principle of "supply-demand-travel" in the community life circle.(2)Based on the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,a relationship analysis model for the perception accessibility impact factors of community public service facilities is proposed,which confirms that there is a close logical relationship between spatial perception dimension impact factors and behavior perception dimension impact factors.(3)Based on the improved two-step mobile search method,a fairness evaluation model was established,and the spatial distribution characteristics of community public service facilities in the study area and the fairness differences in the use of community public service facilities were found.(4)Using the characteristics of different perceived accessibility influencing factors in the space of community public service facilities,the service level of the community public service facilities is evaluated,which proves that a good facility space environment can stimulate residents to use public service facilities.(5)The measurement model based on the improved coordination degree reveals the coupling law between the community public service function and the street space.(6)From the two levels of policy guidance and space optimization,the construction path and layout optimization strategy of location fairness and efficiency of community
