| Promoting green and low-carbon economic and social development is a key link to achieving high-quality development, according to the report of the Party’s 20 th National Congress.Green buildings carry people’s yearning for green and low-carbon life, and also relate to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the realization of the double carbon goal.As the front line of epidemic screening and isolation in hospitals, fever clinics play an important role in epidemic prevention and control, but at the same time, there are complex problems such as high energy consumption, chaotic layout and poor environmental comfort level. In addition, with the change of the focus of epidemic prevention and control work, the focus of the construction of fever clinic has changed from quantity improvement to quality improvement. As a special building type or special building space, fever clinic should also implement the design concept of green building,whole-process construction principles and action guidelines,so as to achieve the overall sustainable development of hospital buildings.Based on the above objectives,on the basis of theoretical exploration, this study carried out in-depth investigation and problem analysis, and summarized a series of greening optimization design strategies suitable for fever clinic through energy consumption simulation and other methods. It provides reference for the future theoretical research and practical ideas for the green optimization design of the actual fever clinic.First of all,the content of the study is limited.Different types of fever clinics are taken as the research object, and the design concept of green hospital buildings at home and abroad as well as the theory and practice of fever clinic construction are summarized according to the research focus on resource saving, health and comfort in green building design principles.Analyze the theoretical necessity and practical feasibility of the green design of fever clinic.Secondly,on this basis, through field research, visits by doctors and patients, energy consumption analysis and simulation, environmental simulation and other methods, the current energy consumption and environmental problems related to building layout, peripheral protection structure, lighting and lighting, equipment and facilities and their causes were analyzed,so as to propose targeted optimization strategies. The main strategies include:improving the rationality of site selection and site planning;Scientific and compact layout of fever clinic to form a low body shape coefficient;Improve the thermal performance of the enclosure structure of different types of fever clinic;Choose reasonable heating and air conditioning system to optimize indoor heat and humidity environment;Optimize indoor air environment through efficient air distribution;Natural lighting and artificial lighting are combined to optimize indoor light environment.Control indoor and outdoor noise to optimize indoor sound environment. Finally, the optimization strategy is applied to practical projects.Through the inspection and verification of engineering practice, the specific green design methods and technical measures of fever clinic under the guidance of green building theory are summarized and proposed,so as to improve the green performance of fever clinic and provide application reference and practical guidance for similar engineering projects. The main innovation and value of this study is to start from the design ontology of fever clinic, based on the key elements of the concept of green building, from the perspective and entry point of architects,to explore the optimal design and integrated green design strategy of fever clinic in line with the direction of green development,to meet the functional space requirements of fever clinic, and to achieve the goal of sustainable development. So as to improve the rationality of the layout and shape of the fever clinic, reduce the energy consumption of the fever clinic, create a healthy, comfortable and safe working and medical environment for the medical staff and patients, and make a solid technical contribution to the green construction of fever clinic for the more sustainable development of the hospital building and the response to future epidemics. |
