Research On The Renewal And Transformation Of Songzhuang Art District Corresponding To The Transformation Of Business Forms

The area of cultural information has arrived,and regional industries are gradually upgrading and transforming.The art and creative industry is becoming a new economic growth point and is regarded as an indispensable and important component of national cultural strategy.In this context,the renovation and renovation of art districts and cultural and creative industrial parks have become the focus.The Songzhuang Art District has developed from a small village with only a dozen artists in 1994 to a large art district with thousands of artists.From the original art base supported by the Songzhuang Town government to the art and creative small town in the urban sub center expansion area vigorously developed by the Beijing Municipal Government,its positioning has changed,and the regional business structure and spatial structure also urgently need to be transformed.The Songzhuang Art District has gone through several stages of development and has gradually declined after reaching a prosperous state around 2012.Compared to the art districts with prosperous industries at home and abroad,there are many shortcomings.Against the backdrop of strong support from the Beijing Municipal Government for the Songzhuang art industry,the Songzhuang Art District should seize the opportunity of the times,improve the industrial structure and spatial structure of the park,make it conform to the positioning of a sub center art and creative small town in the city,and ensure that the renovation measures are effective.In recent years,more and more academic papers have focused on the design research of Songzhuang Art District.However,there is relatively little research on the renovation and transformation of Songzhuang Art District from the perspective of business transformation.In order to maximize the economic,environmental,and social benefits of the Songzhuang Art District,and to achieve an industrial and spatial structure that matches the urban sub center expansion area,we need to establish a systematic system.This study examines the relevant theories and practical cases of art district renewal and transformation design and business transformation at home and abroad,analyzes the process of these cases’ renewal and transformation,summarizes their successful experiences that are worth learning from,and further explores the current status and trends of related research.Through on-site visits to collect data,analyze the characteristics and trends of the industrial formats in Songzhuang Art District,and explore the relationship between its industrial structure and spatial structure.Then,introduce the process and current situation of the spatial structure update and transformation in Songzhuang Art District,summarize its evolution characteristics,and divide it into four stages.Analyze the current situation of the update and transformation of Songzhuang Art District from the perspective of different types of buildings.Based on the above research foundation,through in-depth analysis of its renovation mode and principles,a systematic and targeted renovation system for the Songzhuang Art District is constructed,with the aim of providing specific suggestions for the renovation of the Songzhuang Art District.At the same time,the research results of this study are expected to provide a reference path for the renovation and transformation of other art districts.
