| The total production value of construction industry increased gradually for the past few years,which still plays a major role in economic pillar industries.However,the traditional production mode of construction industry leads to a large amount of resource waste in the construction process,and construction cost is high.Profit margins in the construction industry are falling.In order to solve the above problems,the construction industry needs to make breakthroughs in the directions of intelligence,digitization and information technology.This study tries to introduce the concept of digital twin(DT)to carry out exploratory research on construction cost management,and build the construction cost management framework of engineering projects.Using methods of digital,information to reduce construction costs and improve the digital development of project management.Firstly,analyzing the existing research on DT and construction cost management.In the view of the theories and key technologies of DT,practical application scenarios,construction cost management,etc,the important theoretical support is researched and dug out and studied in depth under the new situation of development,such as DT,BIM,IOT,BD,5D visualization,systems engineering theory,etc.Meanwhile,the application of DT in construction cost management is discussed.Then,listing the intelligent construction cost management as the method,setting construction cost reduced as the goal,classified DT related supporting technology as the support and introducing the system engineering theory as the theoretical guidance.The project construction cost management system elements(DT-4M1E),the relationship between elements,the system environment and implementation under DT are studied.Constructing the construction cost management framework based on DT.On the basis of this research,expounding methods of construction cost management elements physical entity,virtual entity and virtual and real information interaction model construction,and designing construction cost management application process based on DT in order to provide guidance for the application.Finally,the validity and operability of the theoretical research are verified by combining an engineering project.This thesis conducts the elements of project construction cost management system based on DT and expands 4M1 E theory of the traditional project management.The concepts of DT and system engineering are applied to the construction cost management process,and the construction cost management framework of the construction project is designed.It provides reference for construction enterprises to better manage the cost and reduce the construction cost.It also will promote the digital development of engineering project management area. |
