With economic globalization,urbanization has become an important symbol to measure a country’s economic development,and urbanization has become a booster to promote the progress of human civilization.The development of any city is the result of real estate development and is closely related to the land use and economic development of the region.After 2020,urban renewal replaced shantytown transformation,but due to the scarcity of urban land,stock development is still the main way of urbanization,state-owned land expropriation has become an inescapable link,in order to promote the smooth progress of urban housing expropriation,this thesis uses the prospect value function in prospect theory to replace the income function in the evolutionary game income matrix to construct the income perception matrix of the people in the expropriation bureau and solve,and then select a shantytown expropriation project in Zhangjiakou Wei County.Through on-site investigation and simulation analysis of the impact of changes in various factors on the game results,the evolutionary stability point is converged to the strategy conducive to the smooth progress of the expropriation work as much as possible,and the results of the expropriation are shown to show that the perceived value of the expropriation when the expropriation is carried out smoothly,the relocation incentive money,the struggle cost of the bureau informants,the publicity strategy,the punishment of the collector are positively correlated with the expropriation results,the additional rewards expected by the expropriated party,and the benefits obtained when the expropriator makes unreasonable decisions are negatively correlated with the expropriation results.Finally,a number of suggestions are put forward to promote the smooth implementation of urban housing expropriation. |
