Abstract/Summary:
At present,China’s construction has entered the development stage of "resource-saving" and "environment-friendly" society.Therefore,adhering to the concept of scientific development and sustainable development,and vigorously developing healthy housing has become the meaning of the topic.In October 2015,the country issued the 13 th Five-Year Plan on social development and the national economy,and Healthy China has been included as a key word in the plan.At the National Health and Health Congress,Xi Jinping stressed the need to "prioritize people’s health as a strategic development priority." In October 2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan,which clearly stated the need to vigorously promote the building of a healthy China.It will focus on building a healthy environment,optimizing health services and improving health protection.Therefore,it can be seen that the promotion of healthy housing development cannot be separated from the active support of participants.This paper uses the evolutionary game theory to analyze the behavior strategy choice of participants in promoting healthy housing development,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting healthy housing development in China.Firstly,the paper systematically expounds the concept of healthy housing and qualitatively analyzes the difference between it and other housing.Then the evolutionary game theory is introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study and analysis of healthy housing.Then,the paper briefly combs the development of the housing in our country,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the development of the healthy housing in our country at the present stage,summarizes the participants in promoting the development of the healthy housing,and analyzes the interests and behavior relations of the participants.Second,the three parties to participate in the game analysis of the relationship between the main body,on the basis of the three parties involved in the main body gains matrix,build a evolutionary game model of three parties involved in the main body,establish a replicated dynamic equation,the game theory to solve the government,investors and consumers respectively stable strategy,analysis on the stability of evolutionary stable strategy,using b Matlab2016 software analysis and verification on the stability of hypothesis,The dynamic evolution influence of the change of a key parameter on the game behavior of the three parties is analyzed,and the equilibrium point(incentive,investment and development,purchase)is the most favorable for promoting the development of healthy housing.Finally,based on the results of evolutionary game model and simulation analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy housing development from the perspective of three-party cooperation among government,investors and consumers,in order to realize the practice and promotion of healthy housing in China.This study has important theoretical significance,practical value and practical significance for promoting the development of healthy housing in China.The application of evolutionary game theory to the research of healthy housing further broadens the theoretical system of healthy housing development in China,and also broadens the application scope of evolutionary game theory.Based on the results of the evolutionary game model and the simulation analysis,the targeted strategies are put forward,which provide the corresponding reference significance for the participants to promote the development of healthy housing,and have important practical value and significance for realizing the goal of healthy housing on a large scale in China.
