Research On Modular Design Of Old And Young Mutual Assistance Building Space In Northern Urban Communities

In recent years,China has presented a development trend of empty-nesting and marginalization of the elderly,accompanied by the increasing psychological phenomenon of loss and loneliness of the elderly.At the same time,the difference between children’s afterschool time and parents’ working time leads to prominent problems such as children’s afterschool safety and schoolwork guidance,and the lack of inter-generational relationship within the family among the old and young groups.In the northern communities,the building space for the old and young is insufficient,the coverage area is not comprehensive,the layout is unbalanced,and the security is low.Based on the above background,in view of all ages,both the universal demand of urban community and building space,the author put forward in urban community of all ages,create mutual architectural space,based on the urban young and distribution facilities,traffic situation,the analysis of the activity,by modular design innovation community buildings or new buildings,construction of city community old mutual aid system,building space for community endowment yukon young new pattern.It is expected to provide children with natural,safe and humanized nursing and communication space,provide empty-nesters with ability and sense of responsibility with useful building places for the elderly,and supplement the existing serviceoriented building space form and service system for the elderly and children.This study is carried out in five parts.First,the policy,theoretical research and practice related to the mutual assistance of the old and the young,the composite of the old and the young,and the modular design of buildings at home and abroad are summarized to provide reference for the guidance of this study and lay an academic foundation.Secondly,the present situation and demand of the activity space of the old and young in the urban community are investigated as the basis of this study.On this basis,this paper explores the possibility of creating the building space for mutual assistance of the old and the young in the northern urban communities,and puts forward several combined modes of mutual assistance of the old and the young,as well as the design strategy,layout method and spatial allocation of mutual assistance of the building space for the old and the young.Thirdly,analyze and decompose the mutual assistance building space,and construct the module system of the mutual assistance building space of the old and young in the northern urban communities through the extraction and separation of the elements.Then explore the building module and module combination suitable for the old and young.Fourthly,various functional modules are designed by combining the above mutual module system and basic module scale.Based on the research results of the mutual assistance needs of the old and young groups,and based on the design strategies and layout methods of the mutual assistance building space,the specific module design of the component level modules in the four mutual function Spaces of leisure and entertainment space,culture and teaching space,sports space and outdoor space is proposed.Finally,combined with the actual project,the paper applied the research on the modular design of the old and young mutual aid building space in the northern urban communities.This paper uses literature collection and induction,field research and analysis,interdisciplinary research and project design practice research methods.To meet the needs of solving blank time after school for children,such as "3:30 class",combined with the current situation of aging in China,this paper uses the mutual assistance behavior of the old and the young with complementary advantages to build community mutual assistance building space,so that the social problems of the old and the children can be solved in the same community building space.The theoretical exploration of "mutual assistance" in China is still in the embryonic and exploratory stage.Although the related research on building modularization is relatively perfect,there is still little research on the combination of building space and community building space.It is hoped that it can inspire the research on the creation and modular design of building space for mutual assistance of old and young,and attract more scholars to study it.
