| With the rapid development of economy and civil aviation industry,the transportation demand of civil aviation is also increasing.The increasingly crowded airspace and the increasing number of flights are also a big test for the safety of civil aviation.As the final link to ensure flight safety,how to evaluate and analyze the pilots more scientifically and reasonably has become an important link to ensure that pilots have sufficient competence.Therefore,China has drafted the Implementation Roadmap for the Construction of the Full Life Cycle Management System for the Skills of Air Pilots in Civil Aviation Transportation of China since 2020,which indicates that the development and training route of civil aviation in the future will gradually change from the traditional old route to the comprehensive training that focuses more on the competency of pilots.From the current domestic research,due to the short drafting time and the short implementation time of the draft,the research on the behavioral indicators of core competence is less,and there is a lack of a scoring system that can score pilots in a short time or under normal conditions on the premise of reflecting the core competence of pilots as much as possible.This thesis starts with the Delphi method,takes into account the actual situation of the core competence of civil aviation pilots,analyzes it through literature review,expert interviews,brainstorming and other methods and combines experience,and finally simplifies the indicators through the Delphi method to form new observation indicators that are easy to observe on the simulator,so as to make a simple evaluation of the core competence of pilots when conditions do not allow.The simplified indicators are associated with the original indicators to provide reference for subsequent training and research.Secondly,through comparison,the simplified observation indicators and the original behavior indicators are scored and compared on the behavior of the same pilot in the same training.After comparison,the differences between the two indicators are compared to verify the reliability and relevance of the new observation indicators.Then,based on the new observation index system,and through the combination of DEMATEL-graph method,after the analysis of the new observation index,and through the conclusion of the previous article,the hierarchical relationship between the pilot core competency behavior index and the observation index is analyzed.Taking the initial pilots trained at home and abroad as an example,this thesis analyzes the differences of core competence of initial pilots under different training backgrounds.Finally,summarize and prospect,summarize the research results of this thesis,and prospect the deficiencies and the parts not involved in this study. |
