| After completing CCAR141 rules and regulations,in addition to completing the model modification,flight trainees in China’s flight schools can directly enter CCAR121 rules and regulations of transport airlines,becoming transport aviation co-pilots,and participate in flight operation.A big number of trainee co-pilots with less experience need airline instructor pilots to help build experience.Based on the existing literature and industry reports,there is no clear definition of what requirements should be met for the instructional competencies demonstrated by airline instructor pilots in public air transport of large aircraft,when they help co-pilots build their experience.It is necessary to evaluate the instructional competencies of a airline instructor pilot during flight transportation through reasonable quantitative analysis.From a practical standpoint,China’s civil aviation pilots have proliferated.Airlines struggle to optimize the selection of flight faculties,management,the construction of faculty teams,and how to help the co-pilots smooth completion of the transition,providing a good teaching environment,helping them to build their airline transportation experience,thus allowing them to have the competency of a qualified co-pilot.Therefore,it is particularly important to complete the systematic and scientific quantitative analysis of airline instructor pilots instructional competencies.This paper uses literature analysis method and expert interview method to define the operational teaching competence of civil transport aviation flight instructor.Through the Delphi method experiment,8 experts were invited to conduct two rounds of letter consultation to screen the teaching competency index of flight instructors.The teaching competency index system was established with the mean(M)>3,median(Me)≥4,variance(S~2)<0.9 and coefficient of variation(CV)<0.3 as the standard.Four first-level indexes including basic technology,interactive ability,teaching environment management,teaching guidance and 16second-level indexes were determined.The relationship between the key influencing factors of the teaching competency of flight instructors is determined by using DEMATEL method,revealing the surface reasons,deep reasons and root causes of the influencing factors of the teaching competency of flight instructors.Based on the above research,the teaching competency evaluation model of civil transport aviation flight instructor is completed,and the indexes are assigned to the first level indexes and the weight of the second level indexes by fuzzy mathematics.The total score of Y(class A)for flight instructors is obtained by analyzing 51 flight instructors in first-line airlines:N=θ*W=0.734.The comprehensive evaluation grade is normal and close to excellent,which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation model. |
