Civil aviation safety is the primary issue in the development of aviation,and there are safety hazards in aviation maintenance work.The working environment in aviation maintenance bases can affect the cognitive processing ability of aviation maintenance personnel,reduce maintenance efficiency,and extend maintenance cycles.Therefore,research on the cognitive performance of aviation maintenance personnel is of great significance.In daily aviation maintenance work,noise and illumination have the most direct impact on aviation maintenance personnel.Therefore,this paper conducts cognitive processing simulation experiments and tests,combined with the SRK cognitive model and maintenance work characteristics.Through subjective evaluation,cognitive experimental methods,and data statistical analysis,the main research focuses on the impact of noise and illumination work environment on the physiological and psychological well-being of aviation maintenance personnel The impact of cognitive processing ability and cognitive performance,as well as the analysis of their impact relationship.The research content is as follows:(1)Collect and integrate noise and illumination information during maintenance work.Design cognitive processing experiments based on the SRK cognitive model,screen typical maintenance work design cognitive experimental tasks(skill based,rule based,and knowledge based cognitive mode tasks).Select the most common noise and illumination in the maintenance base as environmental variables(85d B,60 HZ,85d B,500 HZ,200lx,800lx)to form four experimental groups.Using alertness,attention concentration,and execution ability as evaluation indicators for cognitive processing experiments,key performance indicators(KPIs)are introduced to evaluate the cognitive performance of participants.(2)Design cognitive processing experiments based on the SRK cognitive model,and recruit 24 participants with basic knowledge of aviation maintenance to conduct cognitive processing experiments.Participants are required to complete cognitive processing experiments in a working environment of 60HZ-200 lx,60HZ-800 lx,500HZ-200 lx,and 500HZ-800 lx.Throughout the experiment,they are required to wear an eye tracker and an electroencephalograph,and fill out the KSS Sleepiness Scale,Experimental Environment Survey Questionnaire,and NASA-TLX Scale before and after each experiment.Analyze and discuss experimental data.The experimental results indicate that: The alertness of participants significantly increased in high frequency and high illumination working environments,while there were fluctuations in alertness in low frequency and low illumination working environments,but the performance was not significant;According to interviews,questionnaire results,and experimental data analysis,it was found that the positive emotions of participants decreased and negative emotions increased in high frequency and high illumination work environments;The accuracy of tasks completed by participants in high frequency and high illumination working environments significantly decreased,which suppressed their execution ability;The KPI of the subjects will decrease with the increase of noise frequency band and illumination intensity;According to the analysis of eye movement data,there is a significant correlation between the concentration level of participants’ attention and KPI.The impact of noise illumination on skill based cognitive mode tasks is relatively small,while it has a significant impact on knowledge based cognitive mode tasks.From the analysis of EEG data,it can be concluded that: In the ERSP imaging image,it is shown that under the stimulation of noise and illumination working environment,the beta waves of the subjects will exist,and when the beta waves are present,the Alpha and Theta waves rarely show energy,indicating that the subjects have been highly alert during experimental testing.The comparative analysis of comprehensive cognitive performance and physiological data shows that under the working environment of 60 HZ and 800 lx,the subjects’ KPI and Main effect values are significant,and their work efficiency is the highest.A cognitive performance evaluation model based on the fusion of psychological state cognitive processing physiological response multiple indicators is constructed by combining subjective evaluation method,cognitive experimental method,and eye movement EEG physiological data analysis,using CRITIC weight method.This provides effective reference experience for subsequent research on the cognitive performance of maintenance base personnel.
