As the important part of the aviation safety,the aviation maintenance is essential to ensure aviation safety.In addition,it is important to maintain psychological effect and cognitive performance of aviation maintenance person.It can guarantee that aviation maintenance tasks are accurately and efficiently completed.However,the research of aviation maintenance mainly focusses on the aviation maintenance safety management and airworthiness certification system in recent years.There are few researchers to pay attention to the impact of the working environment of aviation maintenance personnel.With the development of the researching of the working environment impact,researchers pay more attention to the impact of the working environment on people.Because there are different types of aviation maintenance noise in maintenance environment.Simultaneously,the type of tasks of aviation maintenance are difference.This thesis mainly studies the impact of aviation maintenance noise on the psychological effects of maintenance person.On the other hand,three different cognitive tasks,which is visual search,stress calculation and working memory,is designed to judge the impact of aviation noise.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,the thesis is analyzed the different of the aviation maintenance task and the different noise in maintenance environment.The psychological effect,which includes the alertness and mood,is adopted to judge the impact of noise,which is combined with the characteristics of aviation tasks.Simultaneously,the cognitive performance adopts the visual search task,stress calculation task and working memory task to judge the impact of noise.By analyzing the evaluation methods,this thesis selects the attention network test,emotion scale evaluation and cognitive performance test based on the eye movement data to research the impact of aviation noise.Then,the experiment of aviation maintenance task is designed,which noise environment is 35 d B,55 d B and 85 d B,respectively.In addition,the experiment is completed by 26 maintenance students with aviation maintenance ability,which are recruited by research group.They are requested to complete the ANT and cognitive performance test.Then,the PANAS and NASA-TXL are also need to fill.When the experiment completed,the experiment data are analyzed and discussed.Based on the above experiment,the results show that the alertness is decreased under 85 d B noise.Compared with the 35 d B,the positive emotion of person significantly drops under 55 d B noise.On the other hand,the negative and positive emotion of person have negative effect under85 d B noise.As the rising of noise intensity,the workload of person increases.If people have moderate or high sensitivity to sound,their performances are more likely to be affected by noise.Which means,35 d B can increase people’s performance,and 85 d B can dramatically drooped people’s performance.Simultaneously,based on the data of eye movement,the working memory of maintenance person are significantly decreased,the visual search tasks are less impact and there almost are no effect in stress calculation tasks under the impact of aviation noise.
