Polypropylene is an important raw material for petrochemical products.In today’s increasingly fierce international market competition environment,based on 6SIGMA method for polypropylene equipment localization management has extremely important social significance.From the perspective of innovation,through the research on the localization management of polypropylene equipment in a company,this paper optimizes the implementation and application of 6SIGMA management methods,and finally evaluates and evaluates the application effect of localization management.The theoretical basis of this paper comes from the organic combination of lean production thought and 6SIGMA management thought,and describes the basic situation of a company and the basic situation and process characteristics of the localization of polypropylene equipment and equipment,and takes the production of 300,000 tons/year large polypropylene steam evaporator as an example.This paper analyzes the quality management problems,cost management problems and schedule management problems existing in the localization management of the company,and clarifies the necessity and feasibility of using 6SIGMA theory.From the perspective of research methods and contents,literature research method and case study analysis method are used to study the theory and current situation,and in the process of implementing 6SIGMA theory,firstly,from the definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control five stages to describe the 6SIGMA management method implemented by a unit in improving the cost and quality of polypropylene equipment.In the definition stage,the current schedule,quality and cost management problems are described.Taking polypropylene steam evaporator as an example,the core quality characteristics,construction period characteristics and processing process of the product are analyzed and elaborated.The project team is established and its responsibilities are clarified,and the theoretical thoughts of lean management are trained on it.In the measurement stage,firstly,the duration of product processing is measured and weighed,and the matrix relationship between the ability required for processing different processes and the skills of technicians is analyzed and designed.Then,the feasibility and execution ability of the system used to measure quality problems are analyzed.In the analysis stage,the variance relationship between different technicians,quenching times and resting time after heat treatment is analyzed respectively,and the mutual restriction relationship between process balance and planning layout is analyzed and studied in the implementation of lean management method.In the improvement stage,the feasibility of different mechanics,quenching times and standing time after heat treatment is verified by experiments.In the control stage,by improving the process flow and assigning the responsibility of the control object,the control method of standard job combination and online control is designed.Finally,from the implementation effect,it is concluded that the number of cracks in the grinding process after using the 6SIGMA management method decreased by 36.94% compared with the previous one,which was a huge decrease and the effect was remarkable.Finally,the characteristics of applying 6SIGMA management method:Based on the analysis of data,the implementation method is top-down,organically combined with the advantages of lean production thought and6 SIGMA management thought,and combined with the current situation of domestic polypropylene equipment management of a company,to develop a feasible and perfect 6SIGMA management strategy and implementation,the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise has been greatly improved.
