Research And Application Of Relay Protection Fixed Value Checking System For Dispatcher

At present,The State Grid has proposed the concept of "strong smart grid",which includes six aspects of power generation,transmission,transformation,distribution,electricity consumption and dispatching of the power system.It is characterized by "intelligent" technology featuring informatization,digitalization,automation and interaction.All the work in the grid should meet the development trend of smart grid.Relay protection as one of the most important secondary equipment in power system,its accuracy and reliability are directly related to the safe operation of power system.Therefore,the relay protection value checking system came into being.This paper studies and analyzes the functions and modules of the relaying protection value checking system,and further develops the relaying protection value checking function for dispatcher on this basis.The purpose of developing the online checking function of dispatcher relaying protection is to deal with the situation that the setting value of relaying protection running under the actual operation mode is wrong from the perspective of dispatcher.After the dispatcher finds the problem,it shall report the existing problem to the relay protection setting staff,and finally the relay protection setting staff will re-check the existing problem and correct it in time.Now,we can realize the function of checking are geared to the needs of relay protection setting of staff,the main purpose is to ensure that the setting value of reliability requirements,relay protection online checking for the dispatcher in relay protection setting the set values for the staff to ensure the reliability of(not happen misoperation)refused to move,not under the premise of checking protection existence question in view of the actual operation way.Due to the dispatcher to setting calculation function in general is not very understanding,plus the selectivity and sensitivity of the relay protection setting daily,quick trade-off there is contradiction in itself,so the checking method and the generated report to the police report cannot too specialized and complicated,it is easy to let the dispatcher to understand check report,so to ensure that the calibration method directly is simple,The generated alarm report is easy to understand.By analyzing the developed modules,the relay protection online checking function module for dispatcher is finally determined: Protection sensitivity calibration,setting protection device and with fastest protection device to remove fault validation as selective check,automatic calibration and real-time recognition operation mode switch fixed value area to read the on-site check complete protection setting fixed value closed loop management needs,while retaining the analysis scope of protection setting specific visualization module as the dispatcher research protection range of the tool.
