| As a key link of the urban transportation network,urban roads and bridges provide basic support for the development of the city,and play an important role as economic hubs and life channels.However,affected by natural disasters and various emergencies,the urban transportation network is often damaged.In particular,urban bridges are generally at the throat.Once damaged,the impact on urban traffic will be more serious,and the post-disaster rescue work will also be seriously restricted.Therefore,the emergency rescue work of urban roads and bridges is particularly important to maintain the normal order of urban traffic.This paper mainly carries out systematic research from the comprehensive evaluation of urban road and bridge emergency rescue,emergency rescue management strategies,and the research and development of rapid repairing materials for the road and bridge repair.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the status quo of emergency management of rainstorm disaster in city,mainly introduces the damage situation of Bridges in city under the extreme rainstorm meteorological conditions,and summarizes a series of problems existing in the emergency management of roads and Bridges in the process of the urban rainstorm flood disaster,as well as analyzes the status quo of emergency management of urban roads and Bridges in China.(2)The investigation mechanism of urban road and bridge emergency rescue,emergency rescue grade evaluation and corresponding management countermeasures are studied.Firstly,the paper systematically analyzes the disaster types and damage forms of urban road and bridge and the corresponding emergency investigation mechanism.Then,aiming at the problem of determining the emergency rescue grade of urban road bridge,by selecting two main index items,"importance degree of urban road bridge" and "difficulty of emergency repair of urban road bridge",and using the tower structure model,the emergency rescue grade comprehensive evaluation scheme of urban road bridge is constructed,and the comprehensive evaluation grade is proposed in Ι,and the emergency rescue response management mechanism process of urban road bridge is defined.According to the emergency rescue grade evaluation system of urban road and bridge,the management proposal for different levels of emergency response and restoration and reconstruction is described in detail in Ι ~ Ⅲcomprehensive evaluation level.(3)The application of comprehensive evaluation and management countermeasures in the practical engineering were studied.The supporting project is the rescue project of Daxuebei road and bridge in city Its comprehensive evaluation level is Level Ι,and the project restoration should be carried out according to the concepts of "ensuring smooth temporary traffic first,and then recovering rapidly".The research shows that the comprehensive evaluation method and corresponding management measures for emergency rescue of urban roads and bridges proposed in this paper have a high guiding significance for engineering practice.However,there are some deficiencies in the selection and quantitative analysis of the evaluation indicators.The next step is to further improve and make it more suitable for the application of practical projects,in combination with the accumulation of engineering practical experience. |
