| In recent years,with the increasing requirements of digitalization,networking,intelligence and informatization of aviation weapon equipment construction,as well as the inherent particularity of high-tech,multidisciplinary integration,multi-enterprise collaboration and periodic constraints in the field of aviation weapon equipment development,aviation weapon equipment and product development projects are full of uncertainty,and project risk management is extremely difficult.If the potential risks in the project cannot be identified and taken measures,once the risk occurs,it will affect the successful completion of the project and even delay the delivery of equipment.Therefore,R& D enterprises must pay more attention to project risk management,strengthen project risk management,and ensure the realization of project objectives.In this paper,the whole process risk management of X-type aviation product R & D project of W company is taken as the research object.On the basis of combing and analyzing the risk management theory and application of existing product R & D project,combined with the characteristics of aviation product R & D,the risk management process of X-type aviation product R & D project is sorted out.The risk level and priority are evaluated from three aspects : the possibility of risk occurrence,the degree of influence and the degree of discovery by combining qualitative and quantitative methods such as flow chart method,expert analysis method,probability and influence matrix analysis method,and the risk evaluation index is established.The analytic hierarchy process is used to rank the importance of each risk factor.Develop risk response strategies and measures to better implement risk response.Through the research on the risk management of X-type aviation product R & D project of W company,this paper explores the establishment of a set of risk management system for aviation product R & D project,identifies the risks existing in the project,constructs the risk evaluation model of aviation product R & D project,formulates coping strategies for different risks,strengthens the monitoring and early warning of risks,establishes the risk early warning index and early warning system of aviation product R & D project,provides support for timely detection and control of risks,and reduces risk losses.The R & D mode of this project is the mainstream R & D mode of aviation products.The risk assessment,monitoring and early warning system formed has strong practicability and operability,which can be used for reference by W company and similar enterprises in the risk management of aviation product R & D projects. |
