| In the transportation management of inland waterway,it is very important to acquire and master the environmental information of inland waterway and target information in time for the navigation management,maintenance of waterway and perception of waterway danger.By constructing a high-reality 3D scene channel,the managers can quickly and intuitively understand the various information of inland waterway,thus helping managers to carry out efficient analysis and decision-making,it can reduce the time of acquiring information and improve the response speed and efficiency of managers to inland waterway management,and promote the development of inland waterway informationization.At present,the development of 3D scene navigation channel in our country is still in the starting stage,and there are some deficiencies in the related research as follows:(1)most of the 3D navigation channels are constructed by the traditional Open GL method,it is far less realistic than the actual scene.(2)many 3D scene fairways constructed with more advanced methods have achieved a high degree of reality,but because the schemes are not mature enough,they are usually accompanied with high limitations,including low speed,can not cross-platform,does not have real-time and so on.(3)there is still a big gap in the practical application of 3D scene fairway,and its practical degree is not high enough.In order to solve these problems,a lot of research and test have been done in this paper,and the following works have been accomplished:(1)by fusing map tiles,tilt photography model and 3D model,it realizes the construction of 3D scene channel with high reality,and has the characteristics of cross-platform and real-time.(2)the operational efficiency of the 3D scene channel is improved by the design optimization scheme,and the operating speed is greatly increased without affecting the precision.(3)on the basis of the three-dimensional scene waterway,several applications have been developed to meet the actual needs of some social production.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)a new method of constructing 3D scene channel is put forward and analyzed from many angles,which shows the advantage of this method.(2)the performance of the 3D scene channel is analyzed,and the optimization scheme is designed,and the 3D scene channel is optimized successfully.In this paper,we try and test many kinds of modeling techniques,explore and construct the 3D scene navigation channel,optimize the performance of the navigation channel,and extend its application,completed the whole three-dimensional real channel research.At present,the research is still in the stage of exploration,and there are a lot of space that can be optimized and expanded,including the realization of dynamic water level,the optimization of tilt photography model,etc.,it is of great significance to the development of inland waterway informatization. |
