Research On The House Type Design Of Rural Self-built Residential Units In The Central And Southern Regions Of Hebei Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the continuous development of the new rural construction and the improvement of the living standards of farmers,the construction of rural housing in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province,infrastructure facilities and living environment have been significantly improved.However,as to the lack of design from professional persons and access to the drawings is unavailable,the houses recently built are outwardly new but some of their layouts follow the beaten track and some follow the overall arrangement of town house blindly,leading to the fact that few houses can really meet the peasants’ demand for the change of their lifestyle.At the same time,the government focus on the vanity project during the progress of the new rural construction and barely pay close attention to the house type which is reflection of what the farmer’s living standard is like.With the new urbanization concept proposed,the idea using land intensively and people oriented are requirements in rural residential,so it is urgent to design the apartment layout which can really meet the country dwellers’ lifestyle.The rural houses are now mostly self-built.Under the background of today’s new-type urbanization,the self-built model coupled with government’s guidance will become the most used way in the rural houses’ construction.Therefore,this paper takes the rural self-built housing in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province as the research object and it bases on thorough investigation to explore the design of rural residential units suitable for the central and southern regions of Hebei Province,and then expected to be of help improving the living quality of farmers.This paper includes the following six chapters:research scope,research methods,research status at home and abroad are discussed in this paper.Chapter two: Current situation of rural housing construction in central and Southern Hebei.The development background,the development process of the rural areas and the basic situation of the rural family and housing in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province are discussed.Chapter three: Investigation and Analysis on the status quo of rural housing units in central and Southern Hebei Province.With the method of survey,the homestead and house form,plane layout,space are investigated and surveyed.The characteristics and evolution of rural housing units in central and Southern Hebei Province are summarized,and the existing malpractice are pointed out.Chapter four: Analysis of influencing factors of apartment design.The internal and external factors affecting the design of rural self-built housing units under the background of new urbanization are analysed.Chapter five: Design of rural self-built housing units.Under the principle of plane design,the design of plane layout and function space are discussed,design plan of house type are proposed basing on the model of land use in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province.Chapter six: The epilogue.The summary and prospect of the design of rural self-built residential units in the central and southern regions of Hebei Province.
